Vintage Green Art Glass Vase Art Nouveau Period Hand Blown Twisted Swirl c1900

A striking antique green art glass vase, believed to date from the Art Nouveau period, circa 1900. Beautifully formed with a rounded bulbous body, elegant twisted spiral decoration and a flared trumpet-shaped neck, the vase reflects the flowing organic styling associated with the Art Nouveau movement.

The rich emerald green glass has a luminous quality, while the sculptural swirl creates movement and interest from every angle. A polished pontil mark to the underside suggests traditional hand-finishing, adding to the character of this attractive early art glass piece.
