A wonderful piece of Pokémon history — Zapdos from the Japanese CP6: Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary set, released in 2016 to celebrate two decades of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. This set was a landmark release, recreating and reimagining iconic cards from the original Base Set era with modern printing quality. Zapdos, one of the three legendary Electric-type birds and a firm fan favourite since Generation I, makes for a particularly cherished pull from this celebratory set. Now nearly a decade old, cards from this set carry genuine vintage collector appeal — especially in the Japanese printing, which benefits from superior card stock and colour depth.
