Hey everyone,

The latest from FLUF this week —

⏱️🔥 FLUF Declares Jihad On Slow Crosslisting

It has come to my attention that crosslisting in certain instances is unacceptably slow. You can’t see this, but I have taken a knife and sliced across my left palm to indicate NO LONGER! However, I need your help. If you find crosslisting to be unbearably slow, please text me on the FLUF Slow Crosslisting Helpline or via in-app DM, and I’ll do what I can. Over time it is my hope that FLUF will not only be the best solution in the market — but also the fastest. We are publicising our average processing times going forward. Watch our declaration here.

🛍️💻 Squarespace, BigCommerce, Wix and Square Supported on FLUF

Stronger coverage for sellers managing their own storefronts beyond the capricious hands of marketplaces. If you’re on any of these 4 platforms, you can now work with us and expand your business across our broad range of supported integrations. Connect via the Channels page and give us feedback to improve your experience.

💰🧮 Redesigned Smart Pricing and Smarter Suggested Prices

The Smart Pricing page has had a thorough redesign — track the health, progress and summary statistics of your pricing policies down to the product. Additionally, when FLUF suggests a starting price for a new listing created with AI, it is now based on what similar items have sold for from real marketplace data (rather than asking ChatGPT “Hey! What is this worth?” 😅).

🔧 Other Smaller Improvements

  • Sharper Image Background Removal: White and light-coloured items on light backgrounds now cut out more cleanly instead of losing parts of the garment. Likewise, there is better handling of small items and close-up detail shots (jewelry, buttons, labels, etc.)
  • eBay Per Item Postage & Store Category Support: On the Crosslist and Create pages, you can now set postage and store categories for individual eBay listings. Select the item you’re looking to edit, then click the eBay tab.
  • Post to Facebook Groups: For Facebook Marketplace, we’ve added in support for the “post to groups” functionality. In your Facebook channel settings, you can select your intended list (scroll to the bottom).
