How far down should you go however, before it no longer makes a difference to STR? This is what we’re hoping to definitively work out as we go forward with our new Smart Pricing feature.Basically, we’re able to advise for your items, what is the general price range for items of a similar type, brand and condition for that particular marketplace. With this information in hand you are then able to price undercut, parity or premium relative to the “anchor” of your choice.

📈📸 Auto Generate Detail Photos

We suspect that many sellers are leaving $$$ on the table by not using all of the photo slots made available to them by marketplace product upload forms. Yes – who really wants to take 20 photos per item for Vinted?

Accordingly, we’ve just brought out a setting whereby we can add extra photos to your listing by zooming into particular sections of your existing photos and creating new “detail” shots.As I mentioned on the FLUF Connect whatsapp chat, normal users are unlikely to flip through all 20 of your photos before buying, but marketplaces are likely to rank your listings better if there are more photos. Activate it in your general settings.

📩💸 Vinted Offer Management and Messaging

Version 1.9.10+ of the chrome extension* included updates to improve the quality of offer management on Vinted. This will better allow you to automate responding to offers and sending offers to likers/favouriters. Additionally you can now set up a messages of the form: “I make nice price for you – {offer_price} instead of {original_price} – final offer!” to accompany your outward-bound Vinted offers. Remember, if you offer threshold is set at 100% in your Vinted settings, that is equivalent to them being off.  

🔧 Other Smaller Improvements

• Bulk Update Selected Prices: On the listings page we have grouped all the functionalities you can do across multiple listings into an Actions button (crosslist, delete, etc). One new addition is the ability to update prices in bulk once-off 

• Relisting Summary Email Revised: Redesigned the table that comes out with the daily relisting email. Now also includes age of the items that have been relisted.

• New Shopify Setup Video: If you haven’t connected your Shopify yet, we’ve just put out a new quick 50 second video on how to connect your site.
