CLOTHING CONDITION & RETURNS
We make every effort to inspect and grade all items to the best of our ability. Our clothing is generally selected to be Grade A / very good condition, although some items may show normal signs of previous wear.

All items are carefully checked before being listed and we make every effort to remove items with obvious stains, damage or significant defects. However, due to the nature of pre-owned clothing, occasional minor marks or imperfections may be missed.

Any visible marks, stains, damage or other defects that we are aware of will be clearly shown in the photographs and/or described in the listing. Please carefully check all photographs and the description before purchasing.

Where a defect has been clearly photographed or accurately described in the listing, the item will be considered to have been sold with that disclosed condition and we cannot accept a return solely because of that disclosed defect.

If an item arrives with a significant undisclosed mark, stain or defect that was not shown in the photographs or mentioned in the description, please contact us through Vinted so that the issue can be reviewed.

All items are checked and packaged with care before dispatch.

HYGIENE
As our items are pre-owned clothing, we recommend that all garments are washed before being worn.

By purchasing an item, you acknowledge that the item is pre-owned and that photographs and descriptions should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
