We have been making use of our ice baths for a while now. Very happy with them, great products. Here are some key points:

-These take shape once filled with water.
- You only need to fill them up 60 to 75% with water... you will do the rest when you get in.
- They are best suited to a colder environment or over winter. It takes a lot of ice to get them icy cold.
- We have also found them to be a refreshing dip once we get home from a hard day of work, icy cold or not.
- Recommend changing the water biweekly in the peak of summer or monthly over winter.
- Research suggests water to be at under 15c for best results.
- Keep in a shaded area to avoid sun damage.
