#: The video has me in a 75x75 tub, I am 183cm and 90kg. It's a good fit for myself and a tight fit for someone up to 6'3.

The tub in this advert is 80 x 80 and suitable for larger guys.

Inflatable Ice bath tub for Sports recovery or just chilling haha.

We have been making use of our ice baths for a while now. We are very happy with them.

Some key points:
-These take shape once filled.
- You only need to fill them up 60 to 75% with water. You will do the rest when you get in.
- They are best suited to a colder environment or over winter. It takes a lot of ice to get them icy cold.
- We have also found them to be a refreshing dip once we get home from a hard day of work, icy cold or not.
- Recommend changing the water biweekly in the peak of summer or monthly over winter.
- Research suggests water to be at under 15c for best results.
- Keep in a shaded area to avoid sun damage.
