Great for pull-ups or hanging holds. You can also use them to move around the pegs and improve arm coordination. I can't say I'm doing great with these, but have moved up from the smaller unit to this one, they are hard work. The half spheres are also great for grip strength training.

This is a bit of a permanent fixture once installed.

Please note, that it is important to securely fit these to a wall to avoid falls.
