Questions
Why is relisting no longer on Starter?
Because you get unlimited crosslisting instead. Starter used to cap what you could list; now there is no cap, at the same £9.
What happens when I use all my product creations for the month?
You carry on with FLUF Connect credits. Each extra creation costs 5 credits, about £0.10, from the same credits that pay for photo edits. You do not need to change plan, and your allowance resets on the 1st.
Will my price go up automatically?
No. Nobody is moved onto a new price without being written to first.
My team members are on my plan.
They keep their logins. You would only need Super Seller to add someone new.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in Settings → Billing. Moving up starts straight away and you pay only the difference; moving down starts at your next renewal.
I paid for a year. What happens if I move up?
You keep the same renewal date. We take what is left of the year you paid for off the new plan and charge the difference today — you never pay twice for a month you already own.
