🔍 Autolisting Queue Visualiser
If you have Auto Crosslisting rules configured, this change should make the processing queue far less of a black box. On the Listings page, if you select “Auto Crosslisting” you will now see a window showing your listings that are scheduled to be crosslisted. This view is searchable by product title and can be filtered by status and destination channel. Let us know what you think and what would make it more useful for you.
📩 Post Purchase Messages
Turn every sale into a repeat customer! For Depop, eBay and Vinted you can now set up a default message to be sent to clients upon the completion of an order. A good opportunity to jack up retention and revenue – you can use this to thank customers, share information about ongoing deals and basically else anything that can be communicated with words. Set channel-specific messages in your Channel settings.
🔨 Server Upgrades
Unfortunately it can’t be all new things every week (tell that to your kids next week). After months of putting it off, I’ve finally scheduled some time to carry out a bit of an overdue infrastructure upgrade. Between roughly Thursday the 18th and Saturday the 20th of December I’ll be doing the exciting work of migrating everything over to more powerful tooling. We hope this will manifest itself in much better performance and reliability over the long run.
