FLUF Connect ร— Zapier ยท Early access

Zapier automations
for marketplace sellers.

Turn marketplace activity into sales alerts, order tracking spreadsheets and a clearer packing queue. Connect FLUF to Google Sheets and Gmail with five practical Zapier recipes.

Requires your own FLUF and Zapier accounts. FLUF is available by invitation and has not yet been reviewed or approved by Zapier. Zapier and connected apps may charge separately.

From marketplace activity to everyday admin

Keep selling. Let your apps share the updates.

FLUF connects your marketplace business; Zapier carries the activity into the apps your team uses. A sale recorded in FLUF can become an email or a spreadsheet row. A confirmed publication can become a record your team can check later.

For an eBay or Etsy sales spreadsheet, first connect your marketplace account to FLUF and check that sales are appearing in Orders. These recipes use activity recorded in FLUF. They do not create a direct connection between Zapier and each marketplace, and capabilities vary by channel.

Five templates for real seller tasks

Choose the job you want to automate.

Each recipe includes the trigger, the destination and a field-by-field setup guide. These are guided builds in your own Zapier workspace, not one-click โ€œUse this Zapโ€ imports.

01

New Sale โ†’ Gmail

Sale email alerts

Know what sold without checking another dashboard. When FLUF records a sale, send an internal Gmail message with the marketplace, order and items to review. Useful for a shared team inbox or a colleague who handles fulfilment.

Choose your team inbox, map the order fields and test with a real sale. This is an internal notification, not an email to the buyer.

New Sale โ†’ Google Sheets

Order tracking spreadsheet & packing queue

Start the packing day with orders in one place. Add new sale events to Google Sheets with order details, a first-item preview and a status column your team can maintain. Use it to organise picking and packing across your connected marketplaces.

Create the sheet, match each source ID to a row and add a packing-status column. Check every bundle item in FLUF and the marketplace order before dispatch: the queue does not purchase labels or confirm shipment.

Crosslisting Error โ†’ Gmail

Crosslisting error alerts

Bring listing problems into the inbox you already use. Send an email when a crosslisting attempt fails. Include the affected listing, marketplace and error so your team can open FLUF and decide what to correct.

Choose an internal recipient and test with a real error sample. The alert highlights work to review; it does not repair or republish the listing.

Out of Stock Alert โ†’ Google Sheets

Zero-stock review spreadsheet

Keep a review list of products that have run out. Record quantity-zero alerts in Google Sheets, with the listing and available stock information. Review the queue when deciding which products to replenish or investigate.

Match repeat source IDs to their existing rows and add a review-status column. This records new events; it is not a complete inventory export, a purchasing forecast or proof of a sale.

Listing Crosslisted โ†’ Google Sheets

Marketplace publication ledger

Keep a record of successful crosslisting. Log confirmed listing publications in Google Sheets, including marketplace IDs and public links when available. Give your team a record of which products reached each destination.

Map the listing, marketplace and link fields, then test a real publication. The ledger records confirmations; it does not imply that every attempted listing succeeded.

Your first automation, in three steps.

  1. Connect your accounts.

Open the invitation in the setup guide, add FLUF Connect to your Zapier workspace and authorise your FLUF account.

  2. Build one useful workflow.

Choose a recipe above. Connect your own Gmail or Google Sheets account and map the fields using a real sample from FLUF.

  3. Check the result, then publish.

Check the recipient or spreadsheet row, remove test rows and publish when the result is correct. If a trigger has no real sample yet, leave the Zap in draft and ask FLUF support for help.

Zapier integration questions

Can I use these as an inventory management spreadsheet?

The zero-stock and publication recipes are focused event logs. They do not export all your inventory or replace FLUF's inventory view. Use them for review tasks alongside your catalogue, and keep currencies separate when reporting sales totals.

Will this import my old orders?

These recipes are designed around new activity. Test samples help you set up the Zap; they are not a historical order import. Start a fresh reporting period when you publish and verify the first live results.

Do I need the FLUF API plan to use Zapier?

Zapier has its own account connection and does not require the API access used by n8n. Your marketplace connections and the usual requirements for each action still apply. Zapier's own plan limits and charges are separate.

Should I choose Zapier or n8n?

Choose Zapier if you want to build these recipes with its app connectors. Choose n8n if you prefer importing and adapting workflows in an n8n workspace. n8n requires a paid FLUF plan with the appropriate API access.

Where are the exact fields and setup steps?

Each recipe links to its section of the Zapier guide. For custom integrations, use the developer documentation.
