Quibly to Depop: Reach Younger Fashion Buyers With the Same Listings

When a UK Quibly seller should put clothes on Depop too, what Depop deducts on a £25 sale, and what happens to the other listing after one sells.

70+ marketplaces, one dashboard Auto inventory sync WhatsApp, email & in-app support

Quibly is a UK marketplace for pre-loved goods that opened in September 2026, so its buyer base is still growing. Depop has been selling second-hand fashion to a young UK audience for years. If you sell clothes on Quibly, FLUF Connect can copy those listings to Depop and take one down when the other sells.

In short

  • Send Depop your clothing, shoes and accessories, especially vintage and streetwear. Keep homeware and bulky items on Quibly.
  • Depop takes no selling fee from UK sellers. Payment processing is 2.9% + 30p, so a £25 sale costs you £1.03 before postage.
  • A sale on either marketplace comes into FLUF, and the listing on the other one comes down.
  • Relisting and offer handling on Depop come with Pro and above.

Why a Quibly seller adds Depop

A marketplace that opened this autumn has fewer people searching it every day. Depop’s search is full of buyers looking for a particular brand, era or fit, and they buy from photos on their phone. A Levi’s jacket or a 2000s football shirt that waits on Quibly can meet many more of those buyers on Depop.

Quibly also limits how much you can put up on its entry plan, which includes 10 listings a month. Depop charges nothing to list, so it can carry the rest of your rail.

What a £25 sale costs

Depop’s seller fees page says sellers based in the UK pay no selling fee. Depop Payments takes 2.9% + £0.30, worked out on the item price plus postage and any tax. A boosted listing adds 12% if it sells through the boost.

Quibly says platform fees apply when an item sells and shows them on its sales screen, without publishing a rate. Its terms pay private sellers 48 hours after confirmed delivery and business sellers after 14 days.

How to send Quibly listings to Depop

  1. Connect Quibly in FLUF Connect so your listings appear in your FLUF inventory.
  2. Connect Depop from its card on the Channels screen.
  3. Filter the inventory to Quibly and select the clothes you want on Depop.
  4. Choose Depop as the destination, review the price and publish.

After selecting a Quibly product, choose Depop as the destination. This shows the selection step; no listing was submitted. Seller identifiers have been removed. View full size

Look at the first photo before you publish. Depop buyers scroll a grid of square images, so a garment shot flat on a bed loses out to one that is worn or hung. Put the brand and size near the start of the title, because that is what Depop shoppers type.
