Quibly to Stripe: Get Paid Directly by Buyers You Already Know
How UK sellers on Quibly use Stripe Payment Links for repeat buyers, local handovers and stock beyond their monthly listings, and how FLUF keeps both right.
Quibly is a UK marketplace for pre-loved goods that opened in September 2026. It finds you buyers you have never met. Once a buyer has had one item from you, the next sale can be simpler: they ask what else you have, and you send them a link. Stripe Payment Links give that buyer a card checkout for one item. FLUF Connect turns items in your Quibly inventory into Stripe products with a Payment Link and a QR code.
In short
- Use Stripe for buyers who already know you and for in-person sales. New buyers still find you on Quibly.
- Stripe has no monthly fee and charges per card payment, starting at 80p on a £40 item.
- A Quibly sale comes into FLUF and the Stripe link stops taking payments.
- FLUF does not see Stripe payments. Mark the item sold in FLUF and the Quibly listing comes down.
Where a link helps a Quibly seller
- Repeat buyers. A buyer who liked one item can pay for the next from a link in a message.
- Local handovers. Quibly supports collection as well as postage. For an item that never went on Quibly, a QR code lets the buyer pay by card at the door instead of in cash.
- Stock beyond your monthly listings. Quibly’s entry plan includes 10 listings a month. A Payment Link lets you sell other items to people who follow you without using up those listings.
Keep Quibly for buyers who find you there. A Payment Link books no courier and offers none of Quibly’s buyer process, so postage, returns and any dispute are yours to handle.
What each costs
Quibly says platform fees apply when an item sells, and holds the buyer’s money with Stripe until the order is complete. It has not published its rate. Its terms set payout timing: 48 hours after confirmed delivery for private sellers and 14 days for business sellers. Check the fee on your Quibly sales screen.
Stripe UK pricing is 1.5% + 20p on a standard UK card, 2.8% + 20p on a premium UK card and 2.5% + 20p on a card from the EEA. Payment Links cost nothing extra.

How to send Quibly items to Stripe
- Connect Quibly in FLUF Connect so your listings appear in your FLUF inventory.
- Connect Stripe from its card on the Channels screen and approve the FLUF Connect app when Stripe asks.
- Filter the inventory to Quibly and select the items.
- Choose Stripe as the destination, check the price and publish.

Each item gets a Stripe product and a Payment Link for the quantity you hold. Stripe’s sharing guide shows how to copy the link or download the QR code. The link charges one fixed price, so a price change in FLUF creates a new link.
After a sale
| What happens | Result |
|---|---|
| It sells on Quibly | The sale comes into FLUF and the Stripe link stops taking payments |
| A buyer pays by Stripe link | FLUF does not see it. Mark it sold in FLUF and the Quibly listing comes down |
| A buyer pays cash at a handover | Mark it sold in FLUF, which ends the Quibly listing and the link |
Mark a Stripe sale in FLUF as soon as the payment shows in your Stripe Dashboard, so a Quibly buyer cannot buy the same item in the meantime.
