Sell on Alltricks: Marketplace Requirements, Fees and Returns for Cycling and Outdoor Sellers
How the Alltricks marketplace works for cycling, running and outdoor retailers and brands: who can apply, what it costs, how payment and returns work, and connecting an approved account to FLUF Connect.
- Alltricks is a French online specialist in cycling, running and outdoor gear, founded in 2008. Its partner page cites 54 million visitors a year and €132 million in business volume.
- The marketplace is selective: sellers must be cycling, running or outdoor professionals, registered as a business, able to deliver to consumers and run their own customer service.
- Alltricks keeps its rates private. Integrators quote a €39 monthly subscription and a commission that varies by category.
- You ship each order and handle returns. Alltricks collects the customer’s payment and pays you once the sale is final, less commission.
- Once approved, you can connect your seller account in FLUF Connect and list stock whose barcodes are already in the Alltricks catalogue. FLUF does not create catalogue products or import orders.
This guide is for a bike shop, a component or accessories brand, or a running and outdoor retailer that wants to reach French riders and runners without opening another web store. If you stock helmets, tyres, bottles, trail shoes, headlamps or hydration packs with barcodes, Alltricks puts them in front of buyers who came looking for exactly that. If you sell used bikes as a private individual, the marketplace is not open to you; Leboncoin is where most of that trade happens in France.
What Alltricks is
Alltricks started in 2008 as a cycling specialist and now sells bikes, parts and accessories, running and trail kit, triathlon gear, outdoor equipment and sports nutrition. Its partner page gives 54 million visitors a year, 6 million visits a month and a business volume of €132 million, up 55% on the year before. The site runs in French, German, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese, with a separate UK version priced in pounds.
Alongside its own stock, Alltricks lists products sold by partner retailers and brands. Its terms of sale (version 2022-12-27) call them third-party sellers: each one has its own sales conditions, visible on its seller page, and the sale is made directly between the customer and that seller.
What you can sell
The marketplace covers the same three worlds as the rest of the site: cycling, running and outdoor. The application form asks you to choose between them, with “other” as a fourth option. Strong fits are parts and accessories with long tails of sizes and fittings, such as chainrings, brake pads, inner tubes, saddles and bar tape, along with apparel, shoes and the lights, bags and tools that riders buy with them.
Integrator Lengow notes that listings need accurate EANs, product attributes and compliant images, and that sales outside France require Alltricks’ approval and are reserved for brand owners. Products without a barcode, or a range outside sport, will have a hard time.
Who can sell and how to apply
The partner page sets four requirements. You must be a professional in cycling, running or outdoor, be registered on the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (the French trade register), handle delivery and the relationship with consumers yourself, including customer service and after-sales, and sign up to Alltricks’ quality charter.
You apply with the form on the partner page. It asks for your company, website, the country you ship from, how you plan to send products (manually or through an aggregator) and which product world you sell in. Alltricks says it will get back to you, and a dedicated account manager follows each partner once they are live. One of the testimonials on the page comes from a Spanish brand selling into France, so ask the team about your situation if your business is registered outside France. Lengow puts the time from application to launch at two to six weeks.
Fees
Alltricks does not publish a rate card. The partner page says only that Alltricks pays you your earnings with its commission deducted. Lengow gives more detail: a monthly subscription of €39 before VAT, free for the first three months after your first sale, no minimum commitment, and a commission that varies by product category and is negotiated when your account is opened. Treat those integrator figures as a starting point and confirm yours in the contract.
You set your own prices, stock levels and delivery charges from your seller space. Price the delivery charge to cover the parcel; a set of wheels or a bike box costs far more to send than a pair of gloves.
Payment, delivery and returns
According to the terms of sale, a customer is charged for a third-party seller’s items when that seller confirms shipping, not when the order is placed. The money goes into an escrow account and is paid to the seller only once the transaction is final.
You prepare and ship each order, invoice the customer and handle after-sales. Returns also come back to you. The terms say Alltricks itself does not take back or exchange third-party sellers’ products, and that customers exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal with the seller, return the item at their own cost to the address in the seller’s conditions, and must send it back in perfect resale condition with its accessories, instructions and original packaging.
Is Alltricks right for you?
It suits a specialist cycling, running or outdoor retailer or brand with barcoded new stock, a French trade registration and the capacity to answer customers and handle returns. The audience knows exactly which part it needs, so complete product data matters more than marketing copy.
It suits less well a general retailer, a private seller of used gear, or a brand that wants to sell across Europe from day one. For sport more broadly in France, see Decathlon, and for the wider retail options, selling from France.
Using FLUF Connect with Alltricks
Alltricks approves its own sellers, so FLUF has no application link for it. On the Channels screen in FLUF Connect its card is marked “Invite only” and covers one country, France. Once your shop is live and your products are in the Alltricks catalogue, choose “Already approved? Connect” on the card.

FLUF can then list items from your inventory that already exist in the Alltricks catalogue, matched by barcode. A shop that keeps its tyres, tubes and helmets in FLUF for other channels can offer the same units on Alltricks, while unbarcoded workshop stock stays where it is.
| Task | On Alltricks through FLUF Connect |
|---|---|
| Apply and get accepted as a seller | You do this with Alltricks |
| Connect your approved seller account | Yes, from the Channels screen |
| List stock that the catalogue already holds, by barcode | Yes |
| Create new products in the catalogue | No |
| Detect sales or import orders | No. Manage orders in your Alltricks seller account. |
| Relisting or offer management | No |
FLUF does not see Alltricks orders, so a sale there does not lower your stock elsewhere. When an order takes your last unit, mark it sold in FLUF and it comes down from the other marketplaces you list it on.
FLUF’s plans for businesses selling on several channels are on the pricing page. Start with 7 days for £1, then from £9/month to see the Channels screen with your own stock.
