Key takeaways

  • TodoColección is Spain’s marketplace for collectors: antiques, coins, stamps, books, records, comics, toys and art, in more than 2,500 categories. It has been running since 1997.
  • Listing is free and lots never expire. On the standard commission plan you pay only when something sells: 8.75% on a sale up to €300, falling to 4.5% above €1,000, plus IVA.
  • Seller sign-up costs a one-off €0.01, and TodoColección verifies your seller account before your lots go live.
  • FLUF Connect can import your lots, list items to TodoColección at the price you set, and take a lot down when it sells on another channel.

This guide is for collectors and dealers with stock that collectors search for by name: a first edition, a run of Spanish comics, a coin set, a 1970s toy, a box of vinyl. If that stock already sits on eBay, Wallapop or Discogs, TodoColección is where Spanish-speaking collectors look for the same things. If you mostly sell everyday second-hand clothes, Vinted will move them faster.

What TodoColección is

TodoColección (todocoleccion.net) was founded in Málaga in 1997 by a group of collectors, and two of its founders still run it, according to a 2023 profile of the company. The same profile gave more than 35 million lots for sale and more than 44,000 sellers at the time. Its own selling page says more than 25 years of experience, more than 2,500 categories, thousands of active customers and buyers around the world.

The site is in Spanish and its buyers are collectors. They search by series, year, catalogue number and maker, and they read descriptions closely. A lot with a vague title and one photo will sit; the same lot with the edition, the condition and six clear photos will get questions.

TodoColección fees

TodoColección’s fees page offers a commission plan and a paid shop plan. On the commission plan (“A comisión”) you list for free and pay a share of each completed sale:

Sale price of the lot Commission
Up to €300 8.75%
€301 to €500 7%
€501 to €1,000 5.5%
Over €1,000 4.5%

The minimum commission is €0.01, and the page states that IVA is not included in any fee. The plan lets you start up to 500 auctions and use 100 “reciclados” a month without paying for them (more on reciclados below). Signing up as a seller is a one-off €0.01.

A worked example: a vinyl LP sells for €40. The commission is 8.75%, so €3.50, and IVA is added to that €3.50. A €1,200 antique clock pays 4.5%, which is €54 plus IVA. The rate falls as the price rises, so the site is cheaper, in percentage terms, for high-value pieces than for cheap ones.

The Tienda plan

The shop plan, Tienda, costs €65 a month. It lowers the commission to 5.5%, or 3% when the buyer pays with Pago tc, TodoColección’s card payment service. It also raises the free allowance to 1,000 auctions and 1,000 reciclados a month. Two larger plans, Tienda Pro and Tienda Platinum, are listed but closed to new sign-ups.

Whether Tienda pays depends on your volume. At 8.75% against 3%, the gap is 5.75 points, so you need sales of a little over €1,130 a month through Pago tc before the €65 fee is covered. Below that, stay on the commission plan.

Auctions, fixed prices and reciclar

You can put a lot up at a fixed price or as an auction (“subasta”), accept offers and run discounts. Lots are published “sin fecha de caducidad”, with no expiry date, so a fixed-price lot stays on sale until it sells or you withdraw it.

Because nothing expires, older lots drift down the results. “Reciclar” is TodoColección’s answer: it moves a lot back to the top of the listings as if new. The commission plan gives you 100 free reciclados a month and Tienda gives 1,000. Use them on lots that get views but no sale, rather than on the whole catalogue.

Opening a seller account

Private individuals and businesses can both sell. The selling page speaks to each: someone after extra money, and a professional with a large stock. The sign-up costs €0.01, and TodoColección checks a seller account before its lots are published, so open yours well before you plan to launch.

Payments and shipping

Buyers can pay by card through Pago tc, which the selling page describes as free for sellers. On Tienda it also brings the commission down to 3%.

Shipping is set by each seller: you choose the methods and prices you offer, and some sellers offer free shipping on certain lots. Envíos tc, TodoColección’s shipping service, offers what the site calls exclusive rates with several couriers. Collectors care about packing, so a line on how you pack books, records or fragile pieces helps a sale.

Buyers rate sellers out of five stars, and only users who took part in a sale can leave a rating. Answer questions quickly and ship when you say you will.

What sells on TodoColección

The site’s strength is anything a collector would catalogue: antique and old books, Spanish comics and tebeos, coins and banknotes, stamps, postcards, vinyl records, vintage toys and action figures, dolls, militaria, porcelain, art and furniture. Everyday branded clothing and new electronics belong elsewhere.

  • Use the collector’s terms in the title. Publisher, year, edition, catalogue or reference number.
  • Grade the condition honestly. Collectors pay for condition and return what was overstated.
  • Photograph every flaw. Spines, corners, labels and marks. More photos mean fewer questions.
  • Pick the most specific category. With more than 2,500 of them, buyers browse narrow sections.
