Sell on Multiple Marketplaces in Spain: Wallapop, Vinted, Amazon and More
Which marketplaces a Spanish seller can reach, what Wallapop, Vinted, eBay.es and Amazon.es charge, how parcels travel, and what FLUF handles after a sale.
- Wallapop is the home channel. Founded in Barcelona in 2013, it had about 17 million users by its tenth birthday, and half of its purchases already went through Wallapop Envíos.
- eBay.es still bills private sellers. You pay 11.5% of the sale total plus a small per-order fee. Vinted charges sellers no commission, and Wallapop only bills you for a Seur home pickup.
- Parcels leave through lockers and shops. InPost counts more than 13,000 Lockers and Punto Pack counters in Iberia, and Wallapop also books Correos, Seur and Method.
- DAC7 reporting starts at 30 sales or above €2,000 on one platform. Platforms file it on Modelo 238, and the report adds no new tax duty.
- Two local names are out of reach. FLUF does not list on Milanuncios, and it cannot list on La Redoute.

Who this guide suits
You sell from Spain, in euros, and you want one catalogue feeding Wallapop, Vinted, eBay.es, Amazon.es and the rest. Check two gaps first. FLUF does not publish to Milanuncios, so ads there stay a manual job. La Redoute is also out: FLUF cannot create listings on it. If neither of those is your main outlet, read on.
Every channel you can reach from Spain, and what FLUF does after a sale
Two columns decide your workload. Sale detection: FLUF notices a sale on that marketplace and updates stock on your other channels. Removal: once FLUF knows an item has sold, it ends or zeroes the listing on that marketplace. An automatic clean-up needs detection where the item sold and removal where it is still live.

Wallapop is the row that shapes a Spanish seller’s day. A Wallapop sale ends your Vinted, eBay.es and Amazon.es copies. A sale on any other channel leaves the Wallapop ad up, and you delete it in the Wallapop app. Amazon.es works the other way round: its orders go unnoticed, so you mark the item sold in FLUF, which clears the channels with removal, and then you take down the Wallapop ad yourself.

Wallapop and Wallapop Envíos
Wallapop marked ten years in June 2023 with around 17 million users, more than 640 million products uploaded since launch and over 100 million new ads a year. The same announcement placed it in Spain, Italy and Portugal, with Wallapop Envíos handling half of all purchases.
Under the Wallapop shipping terms, last reviewed 24 July 2026, the buyer pays postage, priced by weight and service, plus Wallapop protection, priced by the item’s value. The Spanish carriers named are Correos, Seur, Method and InPost. Choose home pickup and the charge falls on you: Wallapop takes it off your payout.
Coverage has limits. In the Canary Islands the service only carries parcels from one island to another, Ceuta and Melilla are left out, and no item above €2,500 qualifies. Routes also run between Spain, Italy and Portugal. Medicines, coins and banknotes, weapons and live animals cannot travel. A buyer who receives a damaged parcel has 48 hours from the “Delivered” update to open a dispute, so pack fragile things well.
InPost’s Wallapop page sets out the steps: switch InPost on in the ad, get a label or QR code, and drop the parcel at a Locker or Punto Pack within 5 working days. Parcels can weigh up to 25 kg and measure up to 41 x 38 x 64 cm. Your buyer has 8 days to collect, and Wallapop releases your money 48 hours after delivery unless the buyer confirms sooner. InPost applies the same drop-off window and size limits to Vinted parcels.
What Vinted, eBay.es and Amazon.es take from you
Vinted. The Spanish help centre says there are no selling commissions. The buyer’s protection charge is generally 5% plus €0.70, added at checkout with IVA included. In your shipping settings you pick “Desde tu dirección” or “Desde un punto de envío” and switch individual carriers on or off; the options on offer depend on where you live.
eBay.es. Spain has kept seller-side fees for private accounts. The particulares fee page lists 11.5% of the total sale amount up to €2,000 and 2% on anything above, a regulatory charge of 0.42%, and €0.35 per order (€0.05 below €10). Up to 150 ads a month cost nothing to post, and each extra ad costs €0.35. Registered businesses sit on a separate professional schedule: 9% up to €990 in most categories, 2% beyond, and a 0.35% regulatory fee.
Take a €30 jacket with €4 postage. On eBay.es the sale total is €34, so you pay €3.91 plus €0.14 plus €0.35: €4.40 in fees. On Vinted the same jacket pays you €30, and the buyer covers roughly €2.20 of protection on top of postage.
Amazon.es. Amazon’s Spanish pricing page offers an Individual plan at €0.99 per unit sold or a Professional plan at €39 a month, both before IVA. Referral fees run mostly from 8% to 15%. Clothing and accessories drops to 5% at €15 or less and 10% between €15 and €20, then 15% above that.
Tilt and Square from a Spanish account
Tilt’s June 2026 funding post says the live-auction app is live across the UK, Italy, Spain and Poland. Square suits a shop or market stall that also sells online: its Spanish tariff is 1.25% + €0.05 per in-person card payment and 1.4% + €0.25 online for EEA cards, with no monthly fee for basic processing.
Milanuncios and La Redoute
Milanuncios is the older classifieds board. Adevinta dates it to 2005 and counts over 14.2 million ads, from decor and electronics to flats and cars. In July 2025 EQT agreed to buy Adevinta’s Spanish portals, Milanuncios among them, alongside Coches.net, InfoJobs, Fotocasa and Habitaclia. FLUF does not list on Milanuncios. FLUF cannot publish to La Redoute either.
DAC7, Modelo 238 and the Agencia Tributaria
Marketplace operators send seller data to Hacienda on Modelo 238. The Agencia Tributaria’s seller FAQ excludes anyone with fewer than 30 sales of goods whose total stays at or under €2,000. Cross either line on one platform and that platform reports you. Expect it to ask for your full name, address, NIF, IVA number and date of birth.
The same FAQ states that existing tax obligations for sellers do not change. Whether your volume means registering as autónomo is a question for an asesor fiscal.
