TodoColección vs eBay: Where to Sell Collectibles from Spain
TodoColección charges 4.5–8.75% with free listings; eBay Spain charges private sellers 11.5% but reaches buyers abroad. Fees, shop plans, worked examples and how FLUF Connect runs both.
7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
For a collector or dealer in Spain, TodoColección is usually the cheaper place to sell, and eBay is the one that reaches buyers outside the country. TodoColección takes 8.75% on a lot that sells for up to €300 and less on dearer lots, with no listing fee. eBay Spain takes 11.5% from a private seller, plus a fixed fee per order and a 0.42% regulatory fee. Below are the fees side by side, the plans for shops and business sellers, how international buyers fit in, and how FLUF Connect keeps a collection in step on both.
Is this for you?
This comparison is for someone selling stamps, coins, comics, books, toys, vinyl, postcards or antiques from Spain, and deciding where to put them. If most of your buyers are Spanish collectors and your margins are thin, start on TodoColección. If you have pieces that collectors abroad want, or you sell mostly fixed-price stock to the wider European market, eBay deserves a place too. Many dealers list on both and let whichever sells first win, which only works if the other listing comes down quickly.
Fees for a private seller
TodoColección’s tariffs page charges a commission only when a lot sells, on a sliding scale by sale price:
| Lot sale price | TodoColección commission |
|---|---|
| Up to €300 | 8.75% |
| €301 to €500 | 7% |
| €501 to €1,000 | 5.5% |
| Over €1,000 | 4.5% |
Registering as a seller costs a one-off €0.01, listing a lot is free, and the minimum commission is €0.01. The commission plan includes 100 relists a month, which TodoColección calls reciclados, and 500 auction lots a month at no charge. The page states that its rates do not include IVA, so VAT is added on top of the commission.
eBay Spain’s private-seller fees page sets a final value fee of 11.5% of the total sale up to €2,000, and 2% on any part above that. A fixed fee of €0.35 applies to each order, or €0.05 if the order is under €10. A regulatory fee of 0.42% of the total sale is charged on top. You get 150 free listings a month, then each new listing costs €0.35. The page lists no special rate for collectibles; only cars and motorbikes have their own fees.
Take a postcard collection that sells for €80. On TodoColección the commission is €7.00 plus VAT. On eBay Spain as a private seller it is €9.20, plus €0.35 for the order and €0.34 in regulatory fee, which makes €9.89. On a €1,500 coin, TodoColección takes 4.5%, €67.50 plus VAT, while eBay’s 11.5% comes to €172.50 before the fixed and regulatory fees. The higher the price, the wider the gap.
Shops and business sellers
Both sites have a tier for people who sell all the time. TodoColección’s Tienda plan costs €65 a month and cuts the commission to 5.5%, or 3% with Pago tc, its own payment option, and raises the free allowance to 1,000 relists and 1,000 auction lots a month. The more expensive Tienda Pro and Platinum plans no longer accept new sign-ups.
eBay Spain treats a registered business differently from a private seller. Its business-seller fees page sets a standard final value fee of 9% up to €990 and 2% above that. Without an eBay Shop, each fixed-price listing costs €0.35 and each auction listing €0.50, and the shop subscriptions add bundles of free listings.
The Tienda plan pays for itself once the lower rate saves more than €65 a month. Between 8.75% and 5.5% the difference is 3.25 points, so the break-even sits at about €2,000 a month of sales in lots under €300. Below that, stay on commission.
Buyers in Spain and abroad
TodoColección is a Spanish site, written in Spanish, and its tariffs are set in euros for sellers in Spain. Its own App Store listing says that more than 200,000 lots go up for auction every day.
eBay is the route to buyers outside Spain. Its fee page sets out an international fee for sales to buyers in other regions, and a currency conversion fee when a buyer pays in another currency. For a seller registered in Spain, that conversion fee rises from 3% to 3.25% on 2 December 2026. Price the shipping for foreign buyers honestly, because a collector abroad will compare your total with what they could find at home.
Auctions, relists and the daily routine
TodoColección is built around lots and auctions, with free relisting allowances that let you put unsold lots back up without paying again. That suits a collection of many small, cheap items, where per-listing fees would add up. eBay supports both auctions and fixed-price listings, and its 150 free listings a month cover a modest private seller. Beyond that, the €0.35 per listing becomes a real cost for a dealer with thousands of low-value pieces.
On both sites, a good photo of the front and back, an honest description of condition, and the catalogue number where one exists do more for the sale than anything else. Collectors buy on detail.

Running both
A sensible split for many Spanish dealers is to list everything on TodoColección, where fees are lowest, and add eBay for the pieces with appeal abroad or a price high enough to justify the wider audience. With both connected, a lot that sells on one comes off the other, so you are not left refunding a buyer for something already posted. For a third Spanish channel, Wallapop is compared in TodoColección vs Wallapop, and for the wider picture, selling from Spain.
