Sell on Multiple Marketplaces in Greece: Vendora, Vinted and More

From Greece you can list on 53 marketplaces through FLUF Connect, including Vendora, Vinted, Trendyol and Temu, plus eBay and other global channels. You write one listing and FLUF copies it to each marketplace for you to review. Check one gap first: Trendyol signs up businesses. If you sell personal items as a private seller, start with Vendora, Vinted and the global channels.

Every channel you can reach from Greece, and what FLUF does after a sale

Two columns decide your workload. Sale detection: FLUF notices a sale on that marketplace and updates stock on your other channels. Removal: once FLUF knows an item has sold, it ends or zeroes the listing on that marketplace. An automatic clean-up needs detection where the item sold and removal where it is still live.

Take a jacket listed on Vinted, Vendora and eBay. If it sells on Vinted, FLUF ends the Vendora ad and the eBay listing for you. If it sells on Vendora, Trendyol or Facebook Marketplace, FLUF does not notice. You mark it sold in FLUF, and FLUF then ends the copies on Vinted, eBay and the other channels with removal. WooCommerce is the exception the other way: a sale elsewhere never changes your WooCommerce stock, so you update it yourself.

Vendora, Vinted, Trendyol and Temu from a Greek account

Vendora. Vendora is a marketplace for pre-owned and handmade goods across Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria, with over 700,000 items. Posting an ad is free. The same page says a service cost of €0.99 plus 5.1% applies only when you withdraw money. Withdraw €100 and €6.09 goes on that charge, so €93.91 reaches your bank.

A shipped Vendora sale follows fixed steps. The buyer pays first, and you accept the transaction within 2 days and dispatch within 5, or the buyer gets an automatic refund. After delivery the buyer has 2 days to approve the item. If they do nothing, the payment is released to you anyway.

Local pickup works too. List the item as “In my area” and meet the buyer, who then has 30 minutes to inspect it, followed by a 24-hour safety window before the money reaches your Vendora Wallet.

For parcels, enable BOX NOW on the listing and drop the parcel in a locker with the tracking code. Lockers come in small, medium and large, up to 20 kg. A large locker adds €3.99 in Greece, and parcels to Cyprus stop at 7 kg. You can also take the parcel to an ELTA Courier store with the Vendora label, while parcels to Cyprus or Bulgaria go by ELTA Post. A third route is DPD, dropped at any ACS store, for parcels up to 20 kg.

Vinted. Vinted entered Greece in May 2024. The same report says listing is free and the buyer pays Buyer Protection of €0.70 plus 5% of the item price. On a €25 jumper the buyer pays €26.95 before postage, and your price stays €25. Members in Greece can also trade with users in Romania and Hungary.

Trendyol. Trendyol sold to Greek shoppers before it signed up Greek sellers. In February 2025 it reported more than 2,300 active sellers and over 2 million products for its Greek customers. A Lamia electronics shop, Euronics Anastasiou, described itself in May 2026 as one of the first Greek businesses in the Trendyol marketplace. Registration runs through Trendyol’s seller page for Greece. Once your business is approved, you connect it to FLUF like any other channel.

Temu. Digital Commerce 360 lists Greece among the Local Seller Program markets, describes onboarding as no-cost, and says eligible EU sellers can sell across EU markets. FLUF supports Temu’s European and UK local-seller countries.

VAT, DAC7 and the AADE

The standard rate of VAT in Greece is 24%, with reduced rates of 13% and 6% on specific goods and services. Whether you charge it depends on whether you trade as a business or sell personal items now and then. Settle that with a Greek accountant.

Marketplaces report seller activity to Greece’s tax authority, the AADE, under the EU’s DAC7 rules. Germany’s tax office explains the shared EU threshold: a platform reports you once you pass 30 transactions or €2,000 in a year. A report does not bring an automatic tax bill. The authority weighs it when it assesses your return.

Skroutz, Car.gr and xe.gr

Many Greek sellers also use Skroutz, Car.gr or xe.gr. FLUF does not list on any of them, so those ads stay a manual job alongside your Vendora and Vinted listings.
