How to Sell on Trendyol — The Complete Guide for 2026
Türkiye's largest marketplace, across ten seller-facing markets. Who can register, what the fees really are, the full listing spec — and the new-goods-only rule that is filed where almost nobody looks for it.
- Trendyol’s marketplace is new-goods-only. Its platform rules state, in as many words, that “the product must be unused and, if it is sold in packaging, the packaging must be unopened/undamaged”. That rule lives in the product-quality standards, not in the prohibited-products list — which is why so many sellers check the wrong document and conclude second-hand is allowed. It is not.
- You need a registered company, and for Türkiye a Turkish one. There is no individual or hobby seller tier anywhere in the flow. Every Türkiye application is validated live against the tax authority, and a KEP registered-email address is mandatory.
- Scale is not in doubt. Trendyol’s own seller centre shows 32 million customers, 36 million SKUs and 200,085 sellers. Alibaba’s annual report calls it “by far the leading e-commerce platform in Türkiye in terms of GMV in 2025”.
- Ten markets, but only five let you register locally. The selling markets include Türkiye plus Germany, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Greece, Slovakia, Romania, Czechia and Bulgaria. Local seller registration exists for Türkiye, Romania, Greece, Saudi Arabia and the UAE — Germany’s registration URL returns a 404.
- Commission rates are not published for Türkiye. The binding table sits behind the seller panel. What is published: rates are VAT-inclusive, they vary by category, brand and your commercial level, and a per-shipment Platform Service Fee of 10.99 TL + VAT applies on top.
- Crosslist with FLUF Connect — no browser extension required. From 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.

What Trendyol is
Trendyol is Türkiye’s dominant e-commerce marketplace and, increasingly, a regional one — it now runs seller-facing storefronts across Central and Eastern Europe and the Gulf. It was founded in 2010 in Istanbul by Demet Mutlu with Evren Üçok and Begüm Tekin, and it operates through the Turkish company DSM Grup Danışmanlık İletişim ve Satış Ticaret A.Ş. Alibaba consolidates it within its international commerce division.
Its position at home is not seriously contested. Alibaba’s own annual report describes Trendyol as “by far the leading e-commerce platform in Türkiye in terms of GMV in 2025”, and independent audience measurement puts Trendyol at roughly 42 million Turkish users against Hepsiburada’s 29 million, with Temu third and Amazon Türkiye fourth.
| Trendyol at a glance | Detail |
|---|---|
| Founded | 2010, Istanbul |
| Operator | DSM Grup Danışmanlık İletişim ve Satış Ticaret A.Ş. |
| Ownership | Consolidated by Alibaba; the exact stake is not disclosed in Alibaba’s filings |
| Last public valuation | $16.5bn, August 2021 — now five years stale |
| Customers | 32 million (Trendyol’s own seller centre) |
| Sellers | 200,085 |
| SKUs | 36 million |
| Seller-facing markets | Türkiye plus nine international storefronts |
| Strongest categories | Fashion, electronics, home & living, beauty, FMCG |
| Goods condition | New only — used goods are not permitted |
| Seller type | Registered companies only |
A note on the numbers, because Trendyol contradicts itself: the same seller-centre page that shows the 32-million tile also says elsewhere that you can “reach more than 35 million customers in many countries”. The specific tile is the more defensible figure. Similarly, Trendyol’s seller centre says 28 countries while its own corporate profile says 36 and its country selector lists 39 storefronts. Treat any single country count with suspicion; what is unambiguous is the list of markets where you can actually sell, which you should confirm in your seller account.
The second-hand question, answered properly
This is the section most sellers arrive for, and the answer is unambiguous once you know where to look.
Used goods are not permitted on the Trendyol marketplace. The rule appears in Trendyol’s platform rules, under product quality standards, in a clause headed “defect-free product”: “The product must be unused and, if it is sold in packaging, the packaging must be unopened/undamaged.”
The reason this trips people up is that it is filed in an unintuitive place. Trendyol also publishes a formal prohibited-products document — the list of things you may not sell — and that document contains no mention whatsoever of used, second-hand, pre-owned or refurbished goods. We downloaded it and searched it. A seller who does the obvious thing, checks the prohibited-items list, and finds nothing about second-hand will reasonably conclude it is allowed. It is not; the gate is the quality standard, not the prohibited list.
Several structural facts reinforce the rule even if you were minded to test it. Every listing needs a brandId that resolves to a brand already registered with Trendyol — there is no free-text brand field. Category attributes are mandatory and validated. Every listing passes human quality control. And listing the same item under multiple barcodes is a formal violation carrying penalty points.
Dolap is where second-hand actually goes
Trendyol has a resale marketplace: Dolap, which its App Store listing confirms is published by trendyol.com and marketed as second-hand shopping “with Trendyol’s assurance”. It is a substantial platform in its own right — around 4.6 stars from over 460,000 ratings on the Turkish App Store, and more than 10 million Android downloads — and it explicitly supports professional resellers as well as individuals, with published commission tiers of 18% for professional sellers and 15% for individuals.
Dolap is a separate marketplace and is not supported by FLUF Connect. Manage any Dolap listings directly in that app.
Refurbished is a narrow, licensed exception
Türkiye does have a legal regime for refurbished goods, and it is genuinely narrow. Under the Turkish regulation on the sale of refurbished products, only Ministry-authorised refurbishment centres holding a formal licence and meeting national standards may place “yenilenmiş” goods on the market, and its scope is used mobile phones and tablets only. Trendyol sells them. It is irrelevant to a clothing or homeware reseller, and it requires a state licence rather than a marketplace setting.
Who can actually sell — and who cannot
Trendyol has no individual, hobby or consumer-to-consumer seller tier. To sell in Türkiye you need a registered business, and the onboarding form enforces it rather than merely asking.
- A registered company is mandatory. Joint stock, limited, sole trader and other Turkish company types are all accepted — a şahıs şirketi (sole trader) counts — but there is no route without one.
- You must be a registered taxpayer. Every application is validated live against the Turkish revenue administration; the company must be active and able to issue invoices. Uploading an invoice per order is mandatory, and failing to do so is a listed violation.
- A KEP registered-email address is mandatory, from a licensed provider, and is verified by clicking a link Trendyol sends to it. This is the step that most surprises foreign sellers, because it has no equivalent on Western marketplaces.
- A MERSİS number is mandatory for every company type except sole traders and tradesmen.
- The bank account must be in the company’s own name, matching the registered trade title exactly.
- Beneficial-owner verification is required for authorised representatives and the real-person shareholder.
There is no signup fee, no monthly fee, no listing fee and no store-opening charge. The cost of entry is administrative, not financial.
Can a foreign company sell on Trendyol Türkiye?
In practice, no. Trendyol publishes no policy saying so, but the onboarding form settles it: the company-type dropdown offers only Turkish legal forms, a Turkish tax number is mandatory, the city field is a fixed list of the 81 Turkish provinces with no country option, and the application is validated against the Turkish tax authority. A Turkish tax-registered entity is required by the shape of the form.
Trendyol’s cross-border seller programmes run elsewhere. Its “cross country” model within Central and Eastern Europe uses Romania as the source market, selling into Bulgaria and Greece. The only documented route for a foreign company to onboard anywhere in the group is for Chinese and Hong Kong companies selling into the Gulf. If you are a UK, EU or US business hoping to list into Türkiye, there is currently no programme for you.
Export routes for sellers who are already in Türkiye
If you do hold a Turkish company, two export mechanisms exist and they are structurally very different.
Micro-export makes you the exporter of record, with a simplified customs declaration, for consignments up to 600 kg or €30,000. VAT is zero-rated. There is no separate registration, but eligibility is re-checked monthly against seller-score thresholds, account age, recent order volume and a minimum count of export-eligible products. Trendyol charges an international service fee of 6% including VAT on every micro-export order, and an overseas-return operation fee of 35% of your earnings where the item price was 2,000 TL or under, or 30% above that.
The export centre model is different in kind: Trendyol buys the goods from you inside Türkiye and exports them itself. Your price is a price to Trendyol, not to a consumer, and consumer returns abroad are not passed back to you. It runs on a separate, invite-only panel .
Ten markets, five registrations
Check the selling countries available to your account before listing. Registration country and the markets where you may sell are different requirements.
| Region | Market | Storefront code | Permitted VAT rates |
|---|---|---|---|
| Türkiye | Türkiye | domestic | Turkish rates |
| Europe | Germany | DE | 0, 7, 19 |
| Gulf | Saudi Arabia | SA | 15 |
| Gulf | United Arab Emirates | AE | 5 |
| Gulf | Kuwait | KW | 0 |
| CEE | Greece | GR | 0, 6, 13, 24 |
| CEE | Slovakia | SK | 0, 19, 23 |
| CEE | Romania | RO | 0, 11, 21 |
| CEE | Czechia | CZ | 0, 12, 21 |
| CEE | Bulgaria | BG | 0, 9, 20 |
Being sellable in a market is not the same as being able to register there. Live local seller-registration flows exist for Türkiye, Romania, Greece, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Trendyol’s own European landing page says “local sales in 5 countries”. Germany’s registration URL returns a 404 and the German seller information centre’s registration section is empty, which points strongly to Germany being supplied cross-border rather than by locally registered German sellers. There is no German Trendyol company — the German imprint names a Netherlands entity.
One irreversible decision worth flagging before you start: Trendyol states that your registered country and sales country cannot be changed later. Choose deliberately.
On the buyer side the picture is broader — the country selector lists dozens of storefronts — but Trendyol publishes no comprehensive shipping-destination list, and it does not serve the US, Canada or Australia.
Fees: what is published and what is not
Trendyol’s fee structure is unusual among large marketplaces in that the binding commission table for Türkiye is not public. It sits inside the seller panel under commercial terms, and Trendyol’s own academy page returns an access-denied message to anyone not logged in. Any category-by-category Turkish commission table you find on the open web is somebody’s reconstruction, however confidently presented.
What Trendyol does publish about how commission works
- Published rates include VAT. Trendyol states this three times on its own commission page. Several integrator blogs claim the opposite; Trendyol’s own page is the authority.
- Commission is charged on the actual sale price, not the list price. Trendyol’s worked example: a 100 TL item at 20% commission costs 20 TL, and the same item sold at 90 TL in a campaign costs 18 TL.
- Rates vary by category, sub-category, brand and your commercial level — and can even differ between variants of the same product.
- Commission is refunded on returns, offset against your next commission invoice.
- New sellers get preferential rates for two months if they upload their first product within 15 days of applying. Discounted rates also exist for women entrepreneurs on application.
The overall published range across categories runs from roughly 3% at the low end to the high twenties, with fashion in the low twenties and electronics in the single digits — but treat those as orders of magnitude, not quotable figures.
The Gulf rates are published
Unlike Türkiye, Trendyol’s UAE seller centre publishes its commission table openly, VAT-excluded: clothing, accessories and watches at 15–16%, bags and luggage 15%, perfume 14%, mother and baby 13%, fine jewellery 5%, with cosmetics and supermarket goods priced in bands.
The fees that are published for Türkiye
Platform Service Fee. A flat 10.99 TL plus VAT per shipment, reduced to 4.99 TL plus VAT where the shipment carries the same-day dispatch badge and actually meets it. It is charged on normal shipments, shipments with missing items, exchanges and re-dispatched rejected returns — and is not charged on return parcels, digital products or micro-export orders.
Shipping. The seller pays, and it is deducted from your earnings. Trendyol bills on desi — length × width × height divided by 3,000 — or actual weight, whichever is greater. Orders of 350 TL and above bill at the full carrier tariff; below that threshold Trendyol subsidises the rate, with published tables that vary by carrier and by whether you met your dispatch commitment. Packages over 10 desi are excluded from the subsidy. The full desi tariff itself is panel-only.
Not published at all: per-category commission rates for Türkiye, per-category payment terms, the full shipping tariff, warehouse fulfilment rates, and the Turkish lira penalty amounts for operational failures — Trendyol’s platform rules say explicitly that those figures live in the individual seller contract. Anyone quoting them from a blog is guessing.
The listing spec, field by field
Review the product details required by Trendyol before listing. Complete the category, brand, barcode, price, stock and images, plus the attributes required for your product.
| Field | Required | Limit | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Barcode | Yes | 40 characters | Not a GTIN — see below |
| Title | Yes | 100 characters | Guidance suggests 9–13 words; 100 is the enforced ceiling |
| Product main ID | Yes | 40 characters | Groups variants together |
| Brand ID | Yes | — | Must resolve to an existing Trendyol brand. No free text |
| Category ID | Yes | — | Must be a leaf category, not a parent |
| Quantity | Yes | 20,000 | |
| Stock code | Yes | 100 characters | Your own SKU |
| Description | Yes | 30,000 characters | HTML is explicitly supported — unusually generous |
| List price / sale price | Yes | — | List price may not be lower than sale price |
| VAT rate | Yes | — | Must be valid for the storefront — see the table above |
| Images | Yes | 8 maximum | HTTPS URLs pointing directly at image files |
| Attributes | Yes | — | Category-driven; some mandatory, some free-text |
| Dimensional weight | No | — | Desi, used for shipping |
| Delivery duration | No | — | 0 = same-day, 1 = ship by next day |
The barcode is not a GTIN, and that matters
A barcode is required for each Trendyol product. Follow the current seller guidance when assigning one, and keep it consistent across your stock records.
Three practical consequences. Spaces inside a barcode are silently stripped, so every later price and stock update must use the stripped form. A barcode can only be changed while the product is still unapproved — after approval you must create a new product. And listing what is really the same product under several different barcodes is a formal “duplicated product” violation carrying penalty points and listing closures.
Brands are gated
Choose a brand accepted for your product category. If your brand is unavailable or restricted, resolve that in the Partner Panel before submitting listings in bulk.
Category attributes decide your variant structure
Each category exposes its own attribute definitions, and two flags do more work than the rest. The slicer attribute — typically colour — splits products into separate content cards. The varianter attribute — typically size, and there is exactly one per category — groups variants within a single card. Products group into a card by sharing a product main ID. Trendyol recommends re-pulling the category tree, attribute definitions and attribute values weekly, because they change.
Images, and two contradictory specs
Trendyol publishes two different image specifications and they do not agree. Its developer documentation says a maximum of eight images at 1200 × 1800 pixels. Its seller centre says JPEG, JPG, PNG or WEBP, between 1 KB and 10 MB, minimum 860 × 574 pixels and maximum 2000 × 2000. Both are Trendyol’s own pages. The seller-centre page is the more recent and more specific, so it is the one to build against — but be aware the discrepancy exists.
The URL rules are strict and are a common cause of silent failure:
- URLs must start with
https://and have a valid certificate. - They must point directly at an image file with a file extension — not at a web page that displays one.
- Google Drive and Dropbox share links are rejected.
- No spaces, parentheses or special characters in the URL.
- One image per URL, and the host must be publicly reachable by Trendyol’s servers.
On content, Trendyol rejects images that are low-resolution, blurry, dark or badly cropped; carry excessive text, unrelated logos or watermarks; are heavily retouched; contradict the brand you entered; show items not included in the package; or carry any shipping, return, campaign, price, discount or free-gift messaging. That last one catches a lot of imported catalogues.
Approval, and why listings get rejected
Every product creation and update goes through human quality control before it goes live. Trendyol quotes the turnaround as up to 24 hours on one page and up to 72 hours on another — both its own — so plan for the longer figure.
Reviewers check image quality, content completeness, data accuracy, compliance with platform rules, that the barcode does not belong to another product, and that no warranty text appears on images. Rejected products are queued in the panel under items needing revision.
Listing changes may take time to complete. Check their status in the Partner Panel and correct any reported issues before trying again.
What sells on Trendyol
Trendyol’s own category mix and outside estimates point the same way: fashion is the largest single category at roughly a third of sales, followed by electronics, home and living, beauty and personal care, fast-moving consumer goods and sport. It is a genuinely general marketplace rather than a fashion vertical, but its origins are in clothing and that is still where the depth is.
The commission structure reflects that and is worth reading as a signal. Fashion categories sit in the low twenties per cent; consumer electronics — laptops, phones, televisions, consoles — sit in the single digits to low teens; and small accessories and spare parts run highest of all. If you are choosing what to list first, the categories where Trendyol takes least are the ones where it competes hardest on price and where its own margin is thinnest.
Internationally the picture differs by market. Romania is the fastest-moving of the CEE storefronts, with Trendyol reporting more than 10,000 local merchants and 2.7 million active shoppers in 2026, having tripled its merchant base in six months. The Gulf is the other genuine growth story, with Saudi Arabia now the larger of the two flagship markets. Germany, despite being the first European market Trendyol entered, does not feature in German market rankings for either general retail or fashion — a useful corrective if you were planning to treat it as a European launchpad.
Getting paid
Trendyol runs payments twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. A payment date falling Monday to Wednesday is paid on the Thursday; one falling Thursday to Sunday is paid on the Monday.
Your payment date is the delivery date plus that product category’s payment term — and the clock starts on delivery, not on the order. The per-category term is not published; it lives in the seller panel. Secondary estimates put the range somewhere between one and four weeks, with sale-to-cash typically two to three weeks, but Trendyol does not publish the figures and neither will we.
Deducted from your payout: shipping invoices, penalty invoices, coupons and returns. Commission invoices are collected separately and do not appear on the payout statement, which surprises new sellers reconciling their first month. An early-payment facility exists, assessed twice weekly, with a deduction based on the average remaining term.
Payouts are in Turkish lira to an account in the company’s own name, with the name matching the registered trade title exactly. Gulf and European entities are paid in local currency through their own panels.
Returns and the two auto-approve clocks
Buyers have 15 days from delivery to start a return, in both Türkiye and the Gulf. The return code is then valid for 7 days in Türkiye and 14 internationally, giving a practical outer limit of 22 or 29 days. Faulty, wrong or missing items extend to 30 days.
Two clocks run against the seller and both auto-approve if missed:
- You must receive the returned parcel within 8 working days — 13 for high-volume items — or the return auto-approves.
- Once received, you have 2 working days to approve or reject, or it auto-approves and refunds.
Rejections require a reason, written detail and images, and disputes go to Trendyol’s review team. Commission is refunded on returns, and the Platform Service Fee is never charged on a return parcel. Approving a faulty, wrong or missing return also charges you a goodwill coupon credited to the buyer. Return freight is a seller-side cost.
Personalised goods, bullion and jewellery, hygiene-sensitive items, opened electronics, software and perishables are non-returnable — but a seller cannot block the statutory right of withdrawal by simply claiming an item was personalised.
The seller score and the suspension ladder
Trendyol scores sellers publicly. Your Satıcı Puanı is recalculated on Tuesday nights, published on Wednesdays, and shown not only in your panel but on your product pages. It begins after five delivered orders and 15 days, and it is scored relative to other sellers in your category rather than against a fixed bar.
| Score | Band |
|---|---|
| 9.0–10 | Outstanding |
| 8.5–8.9 | Successful |
| 8.0–8.4 | Could be better |
| 7.0–7.9 | Risky |
| Below 7.0 | Very risky |
Eleven metrics feed it, including complaint rate, question-response time (graded down to nine hours, counting only questions asked between 8am and 8pm), return-processing time, supply-failure rate, dispatch time and on-time dispatch rate. Operational metrics are weighted 70% on the last month and 30% on the last three. Notably, only faulty, wrong or missing returns count against you — change-of-mind returns do not.
Separately, Trendyol computes an operational status every two hours from your calculated daily shipping capacity. Falling into the red band means your products and store are “temporarily minimized” in visibility — still buyable by direct link, but absent from search, favourites and collections. The standard dispatch deadline is one working day, and a multi-item order inherits the shortest deadline among its items.
Violation points
Rule breaches accrue points, and the consequences escalate on a published ladder: 12 points means a two-day suspension, 24 five days, 36 seven days, and 48 means indefinite suspension, contract termination after 30 days and payouts held for three months. Points pool across Türkiye, micro-export and every Trendyol group platform, and nothing expires once you reach 48. Accounts merely related to a 48-point seller are also closed.
For calibration: content-quality breaches and unanswered order questions carry 2 points; steering buyers off-platform or marking an item shipped when it was not carries 4; bad packaging or reusing a shipping code carries 6; fake reviews or malicious mis-categorisation 12; sending an empty parcel 24; and counterfeit goods or forged documents 48 in a single stroke.
There is no gold or platinum seller tier. Trendyol’s tiering is a purely volume-based commercial level from 1 to 5, calculated on trailing 180-day revenue and order count, and it affects your commission rates. New sellers sit at level 1 for 60 days, and going 30 days without an order marks the account inactive and costs you the level.
Reputation, honestly
Trendyol’s public ratings diverge more sharply than almost any marketplace we have looked at, and quoting either half alone would be misleading.
| Source | Score | Volume |
|---|---|---|
| Apple App Store (Türkiye) | 4.62 | 4.6 million ratings |
| Google Play | 4.5 | 2.34 million reviews, 100m+ downloads |
| Apple App Store (Germany) | 4.76 | 92,628 ratings |
| Trustpilot | 2.9 | 3,981 reviews — 46% five-star, 42% one-star |
| Şikayetvar (Turkish complaints site) | 15 / 100 | 116,772 complaints |
The gap is largely explained by how each sample is collected: app ratings are prompted at moments of success, while Trustpilot and Şikayetvar are complaint-driven. Trendyol’s Trustpilot profile is also unclaimed, and Trustpilot itself displays a notice that the reviews may not be representative. Four thousand reviews against a hundred million app installs is not a sample anyone should lean on.
On the seller-fairness question there is something better than anecdote. In 2024 the Turkish Competition Authority closed an investigation into Trendyol’s automatic pricing mechanism on binding commitments and without a fine. Trendyol agreed not to force sellers onto automatic pricing, removed the “match Buybox price” option, and accepted that participation in pricing automation can no longer be a Buybox ranking criterion, with compliance reporting to the Board for three years. That is a regulator establishing on the record that pricing automation and Buybox eligibility had been used as leverage over sellers — a far more useful data point than a star rating.
Crosslisting to Trendyol with FLUF Connect
Connect your Trendyol account to FLUF Connect. No browser extension is required and you do not need to leave a browser tab open.
You connect it with three values from the Partner Panel, under account information and integration information: your Seller ID, an API key and an API secret. One important detail: those credentials are visible only to the master user of the account, so if someone else set up your Trendyol seller account you will need them to fetch these.
What FLUF Connect does on this channel:
- Create products from your FLUF catalogue. Review the category, brand and required product details, and complete any missing information before publishing.
- Update price and stock, and edit titles and descriptions on approved products.
- Review update status. Check your listing activity and the Partner Panel to confirm that requested changes have completed.
- Syncs the category tree for your storefront on a recurring schedule, since Trendyol’s taxonomy and attribute definitions change.
- Delists when the item sells elsewhere. Trendyol only permits permanent deletion after an approved product has spent more than a day archived, so the immediate, reliable removal is setting stock to zero — which is what FLUF does.
What it does not do on Trendyol, said plainly: there is no automatic relisting, no offer management and no order sync from Trendyol. Those features exist in FLUF Connect on the channels that support them; Trendyol is not currently one of them.
Check that a requested update has completed before submitting the same change again. Review any errors in your listing activity and correct the affected product details.
What FLUF Connect costs
FLUF Connect starts at 7 days for £1, then from £9/month. There is no free plan. Every plan includes unlimited crosslisting across all supported channels; the tiers differ in automation (relisting, offer management and smart pricing come with the plans above Starter), how often sales are checked and how much history you keep, not in how many products you may list.
For a Trendyol seller, Starter is usually the right entry point, because the features that justify the higher tiers — automated relisting, offer management and smart pricing — are not available on this channel. Where the higher tiers earn their keep is if Trendyol is one of several channels you run, and the others do support them. Automation is included from Seller upwards rather than sold as an add-on; you simply get it wherever the channel allows it.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Trendyol's platform rules state under product quality standards that “the product must be unused and, if it is sold in packaging, the packaging must be unopened/undamaged.” The rule catches people out because it is not in the prohibited-products list — that document contains no mention of used, second-hand or pre-owned goods at all. Trendyol's second-hand marketplace is a separate app called Dolap, which is not supported by FLUF Connect.
Yes. There is no individual, hobby or consumer-to-consumer seller tier. For Türkiye you need a registered Turkish company — sole traders count — that is an active registered taxpayer, validated live against the tax authority, plus a KEP registered-email address, a MERSİS number for most company types, and a bank account in the company's exact registered name.
In practice, no. Trendyol publishes no policy saying so, but the onboarding form settles it: the company-type list offers only Turkish legal forms, a Turkish tax number is mandatory, and the city field is a fixed list of the 81 Turkish provinces with no country option. The only documented foreign-seller onboarding anywhere in the group is for Chinese and Hong Kong companies selling into the Gulf.
There is no signup, monthly, listing or store-opening fee. Commission varies by category, sub-category, brand and your commercial level, and the binding Turkish table is not public — it sits behind the seller panel. What Trendyol does publish is that rates include VAT, that commission is charged on the actual sale price rather than the list price, and that a Platform Service Fee of 10.99 TL plus VAT applies per shipment, reduced to 4.99 TL where the same-day dispatch badge is met.
Trendyol selling markets include Türkiye plus Germany, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Greece, Slovakia, Romania, Czechia and Bulgaria. Being sellable in a market is not the same as being able to register in it: live local seller registration exists for Türkiye, Romania, Greece, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and Germany's registration URL returns a 404. Your registered country and sales country cannot be changed later.
A barcode is required for every product. Follow Trendyol’s current seller guidance for assigning barcodes. Do not list the same product under multiple barcodes, and check the rules before changing an existing one.
Every product creation and update goes through human quality control. Trendyol quotes up to 24 hours on one of its pages and up to 72 hours on another, both its own, so plan for the longer figure. Reviewers check image quality, content completeness, data accuracy, platform-rule compliance, and that the barcode does not belong to another product.
Payments run twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Your payment date is the delivery date plus your product category's payment term, so the clock starts on delivery rather than on the order. The per-category term is not published — it lives in the seller panel. Shipping invoices, penalties, coupons and returns are netted off the payout, while commission invoices are collected separately.
Yes. Connect with the Seller ID, API key and API secret from the Partner Panel; no browser extension is needed. FLUF Connect supports creating listings, updating price and stock, and removing the Trendyol listing when an item sells on another supported channel. Automatic relisting, offer management and order sync from Trendyol are not available. Remove items sold on Trendyol from other channels yourself.
