7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
- Worten is Portugal’s best-known electronics and appliance retailer, and it runs a marketplace on its websites in Portugal and Spain. Worten’s seller page calls it the largest Portuguese e-commerce site, with more than 20 million products in over 30 categories.
- Outside businesses can apply through a form on Worten’s site. Worten reviews them, so treat it as an application for registered companies, not an open sign-up.
- Worten sells logistics to its sellers: warehouse storage and dispatch, last-mile delivery from your own warehouse, and the return of items that customers hand in at a Worten store.
- Worten does not publish its commission or monthly fee. Ask for both, by category, before you apply.
- FLUF Connect does not get you accepted. After approval, you connect your seller account and FLUF offers your stock against products Worten already sells, matched by barcode.
This guide is for a business in Portugal or Spain that sells branded, barcoded products: phones and accessories, small appliances, computer gear, toys, home and garden goods. If you already sell them on Amazon or your own site, Worten is the Portuguese retailer whose customers walk past its stores every week. A private seller clearing a cupboard should look at Vinted or Wallapop instead. The facts below come from Worten’s own seller page, as archived in June 2026, and from the 2025 results of Sonae, the group that owns Worten.
What the Worten marketplace is
Worten’s “Como vender na Worten” page pitches the marketplace with four numbers: more than 20 million products, more than 30 categories, a presence in Portugal and Spain, and more than 200 physical stores in Portugal. It also claims more than €1.3 billion in annual sales and 143% growth in 2023 over the year before, and mentions that the brand has been voted a “Marca de Confiança” (trusted brand) by the Portuguese for twelve years in a row.
The retailer behind it is large and growing online. Sonae’s 2025 results put Worten’s turnover above €1.5 billion, up 7.5%, and say online sales rose from 17% of the total in 2024 to 20% in 2025. The same report credits Worten Life, a loyalty scheme that lets customers earn and spend their Continente card balance at Worten. For a seller, that means shoppers who are used to buying big-ticket electronics from Worten, increasingly online.
The page shows the core of the range in its menu: appliances, phones and smartwatches, computing, TV and sound, gaming, toys, photography and drones, personal care, perfume and cosmetics, baby, home and decoration, garden, DIY, sport and travel, mobility, office supplies, and books. It also invites sellers in other categories to get in touch.
Services Worten offers its sellers
What sets Worten apart from most retail marketplaces is the logistics it sells to its sellers. The seller page lists four services:
| Service | What Worten says it does |
|---|---|
| Worten Fulfillment | An end-to-end service: storage, preparation, packing and dispatch of your orders from Worten’s warehouses. |
| Worten Delivery | Last-mile transport that collects from your warehouse and delivers to the customer. |
| Worten Returns | Transport of orders that customers return at a Worten store, back to your warehouse. |
| Worten Ads | Sponsored placement of your products on Worten’s site. |
Worten Returns matters more than it looks. A customer who can walk into one of 200 stores to hand back your product will return more easily than one who has to book a courier, and the parcel then comes back to you. Ask how those returns are charged before you rely on the store network.
Joining and fees
The seller page invites businesses to fill in a form and “create my shop”. It does not publish a commission table, a monthly fee or a list of the documents it needs, so those terms arrive with Worten’s reply to your application.
Before you sign, ask Worten for:
- the commission in each category you plan to sell, and any monthly subscription;
- whether your offers will show in Portugal, in Spain, or both;
- the payout schedule and the documents it needs from a company;
- the price of Fulfillment, Delivery and Returns if you plan to use them.
Appliance and electronics margins are thin, so the commission on a phone case and on a washing machine can decide whether the channel pays.
Using FLUF Connect with Worten
Once Worten has approved you, connect your seller account from the Channels screen in FLUF Connect. The Worten card is marked invite only and lists two countries, Portugal and Spain, because Worten has to approve the account first.

After you connect, FLUF can offer items from your inventory that already exist in Worten’s catalogue, matched by barcode (EAN), and keep their price and stock in line with your other channels.
| Task | On Worten through FLUF Connect |
|---|---|
| Apply and be accepted as a seller | You do this with Worten |
| Connect your seller account | Yes, from the Channels screen |
| Offer your stock on products Worten already lists (EAN match) | Yes |
| Create new products in Worten’s catalogue | No |
| Detect Worten orders | No. Handle them in your Worten seller account. |
| Relisting or offer management | No |
When a Worten order arrives, fulfil it from your Worten account and mark the item sold in FLUF so its listings on your other channels end. If the item sells somewhere else first, FLUF removes the Worten offer, so nobody buys stock you no longer have.
Worten is a business channel. FLUF plans for businesses selling on several retail marketplaces are on the pricing page.
