Crosslist from PrestaShop to Wallapop: Refurbished and End-of-Line Stock for Spanish Buyers
What a PrestaShop store needs to sell on Wallapop as a business, who pays for shipping, and which part of stock control stays manual.
7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
- For PrestaShop shops in Spain, Italy or Portugal that want second-hand, refurbished or end-of-line stock in front of Wallapop buyers.

- On shipped sales, the buyer pays the shipping and Wallapop’s protection charge.
- FLUF Connect sees Wallapop sales and lowers your PrestaShop stock. It does not take Wallapop listings down after a sale elsewhere, so that part is manual.
- FLUF Connect costs 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
Who this is for
You run a PrestaShop store and hold stock that suits a second-hand marketplace: refurbished phones and appliances, ex-display furniture, returns, last season’s lines, one-off pieces. Wallapop is where shoppers in Spain go for that kind of bargain.
Two groups should look elsewhere. Wallapop’s terms say it currently only operates in Spain, Italy and Portugal, so a shop that cannot sell into those countries has no buyers there. And a shop with hundreds of units of the same new product will find a catalogue marketplace a better fit than an app built on individual ads.
Why a PrestaShop store adds Wallapop
PrestaShop gives you a shop you control. More than 250,000 merchants use it, and none of them get traffic from PrestaShop itself. Wallapop supplies the missing piece for a certain kind of stock: people browsing on their phones for something used, local and cheaper than new.
Wallapop also has a lane for businesses. Its terms describe a Warranty Badge, shown as a green badge on the product photo, for professional sellers that Wallapop has validated and that honour the legal warranty and a withdrawal period of at least 14 days. “Refurbished Products” are defined there too: second-hand goods that a professional has inspected, cleaned and repaired. For a shop selling reconditioned electronics, that badge is the difference between looking like a business and looking like a stranger.
What selling as a business on Wallapop involves
- Identify as a professional. Professional Users appear on Wallapop under the name “Business Account”. The terms tell everyone else to use the service only for personal benefit.
- Invoices and VAT. Professional sellers are responsible for issuing an invoice to the buyer and meeting their VAT obligations, along with consumer protection law.
- A subscription. Wallapop sells subscriptions with benefits that depend on the tier, and they renew until cancelled. Check the current tiers in the app before you budget.
How money and parcels work
With Wallapop Shipping, the buyer covers the delivery side. The shipping terms say the buyer pays the cost of shipping, which depends on weight and method, plus the cost of Wallapop protection, which depends on the price. If you ask for the parcel to be collected from your premises, that pickup charge is yours and is deducted from your payout.
Take a refurbished coffee machine priced at €60. The buyer pays €60, plus shipping, plus the protection charge shown at checkout. You drop the parcel at the assigned point and receive €60. Choose home pickup instead and you receive €60 less the pickup cost.
The carriers depend on the country. In Spain the terms name Correos, Seur and InPost. Italy has Poste Italiane, InPost and BRT, and Portugal has CTT and InPost. There are limits: an item sold through Wallapop Shipping must cost between €1 and €2,500, and you are responsible for packing it to Wallapop’s instructions.
What Wallapop asks for that a PrestaShop product does not
- One ad per item, written like a person. A PrestaShop product page has specifications and a stock count. A Wallapop ad is read on a phone by someone comparing it with a neighbour’s listing. Say what condition it is in.
- Honest photos. Supplier images work on your shop. On Wallapop, buyers want to see the actual unit, marks included.
- A weight. Shipping cost depends on it, so a missing or wrong weight means the buyer is quoted the wrong price.
- A plan for combinations. A PrestaShop product with sizes or colours is one page. On Wallapop each ad is one item, so decide which variants are worth their own ad.
Setting it up in FLUF Connect

- Install the FLUF browser extension, sign in to Wallapop in your browser, and connect Wallapop from the Channels screen.
- Pick the products that belong on Wallapop, adjust the text and photos, and crosslist.

What happens after a sale
| PrestaShop | Wallapop | |
|---|---|---|
| Import existing items | Yes, with combinations | Yes |
| Create listings and push edits from FLUF | Yes | Yes |
| Item sells here | FLUF sees the order and ends the item’s listings on other marketplaces. The Wallapop ad stays up until you remove it. | FLUF sees the sale and lowers the PrestaShop stock. |
| Relisting | No | On plans above Starter |
| Offer management | No | No |
The PrestaShop column matters most if you sell one-off items. When a single unit sells on your shop, or on any other connected marketplace, delete or reserve the Wallapop ad yourself that day. Otherwise a Wallapop buyer can still pay for something you no longer have. Shops that list multi-unit stock on Wallapop feel this less, because there is another unit to send.
