Whatnot to Quibly: A Fixed-Price Home for Stock Between Shows
How UK Whatnot sellers use Quibly for leftover show stock, what each side costs, how FLUF Connect sends Whatnot items to Quibly, and how sales stay in step.
Most Whatnot sellers in the UK finish a show with stock left over: the trainers nobody bid on, the second copy of a card, the jacket that sold in every size but one. That stock waits for the next show. Quibly, a UK marketplace for pre-loved goods that opened in September 2026, gives it a fixed-price listing in between. FLUF Connect sends the items from your Whatnot inventory to Quibly and keeps the two in step when one of them sells.
In short
- Use Quibly for the stock that sits between shows, not for the items you plan to auction live.
- Whatnot takes a commission and a processing fee on each sale. Quibly charges a platform fee when an item sells, and its entry plan, with no monthly charge, includes 10 listings a month.
- When an item sells on Whatnot, FLUF ends the Quibly listing. When it sells on Quibly, FLUF ends the Whatnot listing.
- Quibly is UK only. Whatnot sellers in other countries cannot use it.
What to send and what to keep for the show
Whatnot sells through live shows, auctions and buy-it-now listings in a seller’s shop. Quibly sells at a fixed price to buyers who search or browse. The two suit different stock.
- Keep for Whatnot shows: rare or hyped items, where a live audience bidding against each other gets the best price.
- Send to Quibly as well: leftovers from past shows, odd sizes, and everyday second-hand items with a known price, such as branded clothing, games and homeware.
- Pull before a show: anything you plan to feature. An item that sells on Quibly the afternoon before the show cannot be auctioned that night.
Quibly’s entry plan, which has no monthly charge, includes 10 listings a month, according to its homepage. Spend those on the items that have been through two or three shows without a bid.
What each side costs
Whatnot charges a commission and a payment processing fee on each sale, set out on its UK seller fees page. Rates differ by category, so check the one for what you sell.
Quibly’s homepage says “platform fees apply when an item sells”. Its terms (section 9.1) point to the help centre for the current rates and promise 15 days’ notice of any change (section 9.2). Quibly also says it “does not currently operate a buyer protection programme” (section 15.4), so there is no extra protection charge added to your price at checkout. Buyers rely on the payment being held until the order completes and on Quibly’s dispute process.
| Whatnot | Quibly | |
|---|---|---|
| How it sells | Live shows, auctions and buy-it-now | Fixed-price listings |
| Seller fees | Commission plus processing on each sale | Platform fee on each sale |
| Listing allowance | Set by Whatnot | 10 a month on the entry plan; paid plans give more |
| When you are paid | Set by Whatnot’s payout schedule | 48 hours after confirmed delivery for a private seller, 14 days for a business seller |
Before you send anything
Quibly asks at registration whether you sell as a private individual or a business (terms section 4.2). Most Whatnot sellers who buy stock to resell are trading as a business, and that changes two things on Quibly: payouts arrive 14 days after delivery instead of 48 hours (section 14.2), and buyers get a 14-day cancellation right and 30 days for faulty goods (sections 11.3 and 11.4). Price with those in mind.
You also need to pass Quibly’s identity check before your listings go live (section 14.5). Do it before you send a batch.
How to send Whatnot items to Quibly
- Connect Whatnot in FLUF Connect so your listings appear in your FLUF inventory.
- Connect Quibly from the Channels screen. Quibly asks you to sign in and approve FLUF.
- Filter the inventory to Whatnot and select the items you want on Quibly.
- Choose Quibly as the destination.
- Check the photos, price and parcel size for each item, and publish.

Each item needs at least two photos for Quibly. Whatnot listings for show items sometimes carry one photo because the buyer sees the item on camera. Add a second shot of the label, tag or any wear before sending.
When it sells
| What happens | What FLUF does |
|---|---|
| It sells on Whatnot, in a show or from your shop | Picks up the Whatnot sale and ends the Quibly listing |
| It sells on Quibly | Brings the order into FLUF and ends the Whatnot listing |
| Relisting and offers | Not available through FLUF on either marketplace |
The risky moment is a live show. If you run a show with items that are also on Quibly, a Quibly buyer can still buy one while you are on air. Either take the show items off Quibly before you go live, or tell viewers that an item has already gone if a Quibly order arrives.
UK sellers only
Whatnot runs in the UK, the US and several European countries. Quibly is UK only and trades in pounds, and FLUF connects it for UK accounts. A Whatnot seller in Germany or the US can use FLUF’s other channels, such as eBay, instead.
What FLUF costs
Crosslisting and inventory sync are on every FLUF plan, from £9 a month for Starter. Relisting, offer management and smart pricing come with Pro and above, but none of them is available on Whatnot or Quibly. You can start with 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
