Sell on Sarenza: Guide to the French Shoe and Fashion Marketplace
How Sarenza's partner marketplace works, who it accepts, what is and is not published, and what FLUF Connect can list once you are approved.
7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
- Sarenza is a French online shoe and fashion retailer. Since 2022 it has run a marketplace inside its own site, where partner brands sell next to Sarenza’s own stock.
- Sarenza picks its marketplace sellers. There is no open sign-up, and it does not publish its commission or payout terms.
- Sarenza has been owned by Groupe Beaumanoir, the company behind Morgan, Caroll and Cache Cache, since November 2022.
- An approved seller can connect their account in FLUF Connect and list items already in Sarenza’s catalogue, matched by barcode. FLUF does not create new catalogue products and does not sync Sarenza orders.
This guide is for a brand or registered fashion business that wants to sell through Sarenza, or already has the go-ahead. If you sell second-hand shoes from your own wardrobe, Sarenza is not the place, and Vinted or eBay will take your listings today. The facts below come from Sarenza’s owner, its own terms and the French trade press, checked in October 2026.
What Sarenza is
Sarenza started as an online shoe shop and grew into a wider fashion site. When it was preparing its marketplace in April 2022, FashionNetwork reported that it sold in 25 markets, that France made up 70% of its sales, and that revenue had been close to €200 million in 2019.
The ownership has changed twice in a few years. Monoprix bought Sarenza in 2019. In November 2022 Groupe Beaumanoir took it over, describing Sarenza as the main French shoe and clothing sales site and saying it wanted it to become the main French lifestyle marketplace. In 2026 Sarenza went offline as well: its first shop, Sarenza studio, opened in Angers on 8 April with about twenty guest brands, among them Lacoste, Levi’s and Vanessa Bruno.
How the marketplace fits in
The marketplace is built into sarenza.com, not run as a separate site. FashionNetwork’s 2022 report said it would be fully integrated into the Sarenza site, go live after a beta test, and start with accessory labels before bringing clothing brands on board. FashionUnited confirmed a year later that the marketplace was part of the site under Beaumanoir.
For a shopper, a partner’s product sits on the same pages as Sarenza’s own range. For you as the seller, that means your listing competes on the same footing for search and category placement, and your photos and product data have to stand next to big-brand content without looking out of place.
Who can sell
Sarenza chooses its partners. There is no public application form, no published eligibility list and no price list on the site. Expect a conversation about your brand, your range and whether it fits what Sarenza sells, followed by an agreement.
The FLUF Connect card for Sarenza reads “Invite only, available by approval”. The connection works only after Sarenza has given you a seller account.
Is this channel right for you?
Sarenza suits a brand or an authorised stockist with new shoes, bags or fashion accessories in proper sizes and colours, with good product photography and a barcode on every line. It suits less well a reseller with mixed one-off pieces, or anyone who cannot prove the right to sell the brands they carry.
Ask yourself three questions. Can you supply the same lines for months, not just once? Does your margin still work after a commission you will only learn during the conversation with Sarenza? Can you dispatch and handle returns to a large retailer’s standard? If any answer is no, start somewhere you control the listing yourself.
What it costs
Sarenza does not publish its commission, any subscription, or when partners are paid. Those terms sit in the agreement you sign. Integration firms quote figures on their own sites, but none comes from Sarenza and they do not agree with each other, so this guide gives no number.
Before you sign, ask for these in writing: the commission for each category, any monthly or set-up charge, the payout schedule, who pays for returns, and how disputes are settled. Then price your Sarenza range from those numbers, not from what you charge on other channels.
Before your first sale
Settle the day-to-day rules while you are still negotiating. Who sets the price shown on sarenza.com, and can you take part in Sarenza’s promotions? How long do you have to dispatch an order? Who receives a returned pair, who pays for the return label, and how fast must you refund? Shoes are bought by size, so sizing questions and swaps are part of the job. Have your answers in the agreement, not in an email thread.
Using FLUF Connect with Sarenza
Once Sarenza has approved you, connect your seller account from the Channels screen in FLUF Connect, using “Already approved? Connect” on the Sarenza card. FLUF can then list items from your inventory that already exist in Sarenza’s catalogue, matched by barcode.
An item with no barcode, or with a barcode that is not in Sarenza’s catalogue, will not match, and FLUF does not create the product. Check the EAN on every size and colour before you connect. With shoes, each size is usually its own barcode, so a missing size in your product data means a missing size on Sarenza.

| Task | On Sarenza through FLUF Connect |
|---|---|
| Get approved as a Sarenza partner | You do this with Sarenza |
| Connect your approved seller account | Yes, from the Channels screen |
| List items already in Sarenza’s catalogue, matched by barcode | Yes |
| Create new products in Sarenza’s catalogue | No |
| Detect Sarenza sales or import orders | No. Handle orders in your Sarenza seller account. |
| Relisting or offer management | No |
Because FLUF does not see Sarenza orders, a pair that sells on Sarenza is not taken off your other channels by FLUF. If the same stock is also on Shopify or eBay, lower the quantity yourself after each Sarenza sale, or give Sarenza its own allocation of sizes that you do not list anywhere else.
Sarenza is a business channel. FLUF plans for businesses selling across several channels are on the pricing page. Start with 7 days for £1, then from £9/month to see the Channels screen with your own stock before you commit.

Yes. Matching is by barcode, so every size and colour needs an EAN that already exists in Sarenza's catalogue. Items without one will not be listed.
