Sell on Secret Sales: Off-Price Fashion Marketplace Guide
How to get approved to sell on Secret Sales, what the marketplace takes and what FLUF Connect can do once you are in.
- Secret Sales is a UK off-price fashion marketplace with designer and branded stock. Sellers, which the site calls “Selected Partners”, are invited in. There is no public sign-up.
- Secret Sales does not publish its commission or its payout timing. Both sit in the agreement you sign with the company.
- Buyers pay Secret Sales, which acts as the partner’s agent for payment. Payments run through PayPal and Stripe.
- An approved seller can connect their account in FLUF Connect and list items already in Secret Sales’ catalogue, matched by barcode. FLUF does not create new catalogue products and does not sync Secret Sales orders.
This guide is for a registered business that already holds, or can get, an invitation to sell on Secret Sales. If you are an individual clearing your own wardrobe, Secret Sales is not open to you, and Vinted or eBay are the places to start. The facts below come from Secret Sales’ own pages and the Companies House record for the company that runs the site, checked in October 2026.
What Secret Sales is
The homepage sells designer and branded clothing and accessories at discount, with sections for women, men, kids, gifts and brands, plus beauty and fragrance and designer watches. The company’s About page describes it as one of the UK’s leading off-price retailers and says it has relationships with the brands it sells. It also says it has launched international websites in Germany and Spain, and that it has had success in the Netherlands and Ireland.
The site is owned by Secret Sales Group Limited. Companies House lists company number 06264879, incorporated on 31 May 2007, with a registered office in London. The company’s earlier name, LRG Online Limited, appears on the Companies House record until July 2026, so you may see the older name in older contracts or emails.
Who can sell
Secret Sales chooses its sellers. The partner access page says plainly: “Access is invite-only.” It tells anyone who needs access to contact their account manager at Secret Sales, and it asks invited partners to sign in with the email address that received the invitation. There is no public application form, no published list of eligibility criteria and no category list for sellers.
That means the first step is a conversation with Secret Sales, not a form. Come with your brand or business details, the categories you want to supply, and your stock position. Ask them to confirm the terms in writing before you send any stock.
The FLUF Connect card for Secret Sales reads “Invite only, available by approval”. The connection only works once Secret Sales has given you a seller account.
Is this channel right for you?
Secret Sales sells branded and designer fashion at discount, so it suits a business that already has that kind of stock and can supply it on a regular basis. Ask yourself whether you can hold the quantities the account manager discusses, whether you can describe each item accurately, and whether the margin still works once a commission comes off the top.
If the answer to any of those is no, wait until you have the stock and the paperwork. An invitation you cannot fill well will cost more in time than the channel brings in.
How a sale works
The terms of use describe Secret Sales as a marketplace where the third-party partner sells the item, and the buyer buys from that partner. Secret Sales acts as the partner’s agent for payment. Payments are taken through PayPal and Stripe, and partners are told not to invoice customers directly. The terms also say the product price, delivery cost and product description are set by the partner.
In practice this means your prices and descriptions are your responsibility, and the customer’s money goes through Secret Sales. Keep your own records of every sale, so you can check what you were paid against what you listed.
What it costs
Secret Sales does not publish its commission rates. The terms of use do not set one out, and the partner access page does not mention fees either. The terms point to a separate framework agreement and a partner definition document, and those are where commission and payout terms would sit. Those documents are not published, so this guide gives no figure.
Before you sign, ask for four things in writing: the commission for each category you plan to supply, any fixed or monthly charges, when and how you are paid, and what happens to unsold stock. Build the commission into your Secret Sales prices from the first day.
Each percentage point of commission comes straight off your margin on every sale, so a price that works on your other channels can lose money here. Work the sums on your own cost of goods, packaging and returns before you agree a price list.
Before your first sale
Settle the operating basics before any stock goes live. Decide who packs and posts each order, how long you have to dispatch, and who handles a return or a faulty item. Those answers should come from your Secret Sales agreement, so check them against the contract rather than assuming the usual marketplace pattern applies.
Plan how you will keep stock counts honest. FLUF does not see Secret Sales orders and does not take an item off Secret Sales when it sells somewhere else, so if the same piece is also on eBay or Vinted, a sale on either side has to be reflected in your Secret Sales seller account by hand. The simplest answer is often to give Secret Sales its own allocation of stock that you do not list anywhere else.
Using FLUF Connect with Secret Sales
Once Secret Sales has approved you and given you a seller account, connect it from the Channels screen in FLUF Connect. Use the “Already approved? Connect” option on the Secret Sales card. FLUF can then list items from your inventory that already exist in Secret Sales’ catalogue, matched by barcode.
Matching is by barcode. An item with no barcode, or one whose barcode is not already in Secret Sales’ catalogue, will not match, and FLUF will not create the product for you. Check the EAN or other barcode on every line before you connect, and fix any gaps at the supplier end rather than in FLUF.

Not through an open form. Secret Sales is invite-only. The partner access page says to contact your account manager at Secret Sales if you need access, and invited partners sign in with the email address that received the invitation.
Secret Sales calls its third-party sellers Selected Partners. Its terms say a partner sells the item and the buyer buys from that partner, with Secret Sales acting as the partner's agent for payment.
Secret Sales does not publish its commission rates on its website or in its terms of use. The rates, along with payout terms, sit in the partner agreement, so ask for them in writing before you commit stock.
The company is UK-based. Its About page also mentions international websites in Germany and Spain, and says it has had success in the Netherlands and Ireland.
There is no application through FLUF. Secret Sales approves its sellers itself. If it has already approved you, use the Already approved? Connect option on the Secret Sales card in FLUF Connect.
FLUF can list items from your inventory that already exist in Secret Sales' catalogue, matched by barcode. It does not create new catalogue products, does not detect Secret Sales sales or import orders, and does not offer relisting or offer management for this channel.
FLUF Connect plans are on the pricing page. You can try the trial first and see how the Channels screen works with your own stock before you commit to a plan.
