Sell on Showroomprivé: Guide to the Marketplace Beyond Flash Sales
How the Showroomprivé marketplace differs from its flash sales, where it sells, how fast it is growing, and what FLUF Connect can list once you are approved.
- Showroomprivé is a French online retailer best known for flash sales. Next to those time-limited events it runs a marketplace where partner brands sell at fixed prices.
- The marketplace is growing while the rest of the business shrinks: marketplace business volume rose 45% in the first quarter of 2026, against a 10.6% fall in group business volume for 2025.
- It is open in France and, since late 2024, in Belgium, Spain and Portugal. Showroomprivé chooses its partners and does not publish its commission.
- An approved seller can connect their account in FLUF Connect and list items already in Showroomprivé’s catalogue, matched by barcode. FLUF does not create new catalogue products and does not sync Showroomprivé orders.
This guide is for a brand or registered business deciding whether to sell on the Showroomprivé marketplace, or one that has already been accepted. If you are clearing personal items, the marketplace is not open to you, and Vinted or Leboncoin are the obvious places in France. The figures below come from Showroomprivé’s published results, its terms of sale and trade press, checked in October 2026.
Flash sales and the marketplace are two different deals
Most people know Showroomprivé for its sales events: a brand’s stock goes on sale for a few days at a discount, and then the event closes. The marketplace works differently. When Showroomprivé took it to Belgium, RetailDetail described it as offering fixed offers from partner brands rather than temporary flash sales, and said the formula first appeared in 2021.
The practical difference for you is time. An event is a short burst of sales with a deadline. A marketplace listing stays up, so you are judged on everyday price, stock and service rather than on one big week. If you have only ever sold to Showroomprivé through events, treat the marketplace as a new channel with its own terms.
How big it is
Showroomprivé’s group results tell a mixed story. For 2025 it reported business volume of €893 million, down 10.6%, and revenue of €559 million, down 13.5%, in its annual results release of 29 April 2026. The same release reported marketplace business volume up 45% in the first quarter of 2026.
The half-year figures for 2025, reported by ABC Bourse, point the same way: marketplace business volume up 33.7%, while the number of buyers fell 8.6% to 2.1 million. In other words, fewer people are shopping on Showroomprivé than a year earlier, but more of what they buy comes from marketplace partners. That is why the company is pushing the marketplace, and why there is room for new partners.
Where it sells
The marketplace began in France. Belgium followed in September 2024 as a test market, and RetailDetail counted about 220 marketplace partners in France and about 90 in Belgium at that point. ABC Bourse reported that the expansion into Belgium, Portugal and Spain, launched at the end of 2024, accounted for 27% of the marketplace’s growth in the first half of 2025.
Showroomprivé’s own French terms of sale list delivery to mainland France including Corsica, the overseas departments and territories, Belgium, Monaco and Luxembourg. Check which countries your own agreement covers before you plan stock for Spain or Portugal.
Who can sell
Showroomprivé decides who joins. There is no public price list, and the marketplace terms and selection criteria are not published as readable pages. Expect to be asked about your company, your brands and categories, and the stock you can commit. Trade coverage of the marketplace has been about fashion partners, so a fashion or accessories brand is likely to find the conversation easiest.
The FLUF Connect card for Showroomprivé reads “Invite only, available by approval”. It connects only after Showroomprivé has given you a seller account.
Is this channel right for you?
It suits a brand with new, barcoded stock, especially in fashion, that wants steady sales to French and Belgian shoppers who are used to buying at a discount. It suits less well a seller who cannot match Showroomprivé’s price expectations, or whose products have no barcodes.
Think about price positioning before you apply. Showroomprivé’s audience comes for deals, and its terms say that the struck-through “Prix conseillé” on a marketplace item is a comparison price entered by the marketplace seller, under that seller’s responsibility. If you show a reference price, it has to be one you can justify.
What it costs
Showroomprivé does not publish a marketplace commission, subscription or payout schedule. Integration agencies quote numbers, but none comes from Showroomprivé, so this guide gives none. Ask for these in writing before you sign: the commission per category, any fixed charges, when you are paid, your dispatch deadline, and who pays for returns. Shoppers in France have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase under Showroomprivé’s terms, so build returns into your margin.
Using FLUF Connect with Showroomprivé
Once you are approved, connect your seller account from the Channels screen in FLUF Connect, using “Already approved? Connect” on the Showroomprivé card. FLUF can then list items from your inventory that already exist in Showroomprivé’s catalogue, matched by barcode.
Items with no barcode, or with a barcode Showroomprivé’s catalogue does not hold, will not match, and FLUF does not create new products. Check the EAN on each size and colour before you connect.

| Task | On Showroomprivé through FLUF Connect |
|---|---|
| Get approved as a marketplace partner | You do this with Showroomprivé |
| Connect your approved seller account | Yes, from the Channels screen |

| Create new products in Showroomprivé’s catalogue | No |
| Detect Showroomprivé sales or import orders | No. Handle orders in your Showroomprivé seller account. |

FLUF does not see Showroomprivé orders, so a sale there does not take the item off your other channels. If the same stock is on Shopify or Vinted, lower the quantity yourself after each Showroomprivé sale, or keep a separate allocation for the marketplace.
Showroomprivé is a business channel. FLUF plans for businesses selling across several channels are on the pricing page. Start with 7 days for £1, then from £9/month to see the Channels screen with your own stock first.
