FLUF Connect vs ResaleOS — Key Takeaways

  • Choose ResaleOS if: you run a consignment or vendor store, a booth or a mall stall, and need point-of-sale, consignor payouts, consignor portals and floor maps in one system. It is a broader back office than FLUF Connect and it is built for that job.
  • Choose FLUF Connect if: you resell on marketplaces, you want the lowest price for the listing volume you actually run, you need auto-relisting and offer automation, or you sell on Vinted, Vestiaire Collective, Etsy or Shopify from the UK or Europe.
  • Biggest difference: ResaleOS is a store back office that also crosslists. FLUF Connect is a crosslisting and inventory engine with a mobile app, and it does not try to be a point-of-sale or consignor-payout system.
  • Pricing: FLUF Connect from £19/month for up to 1,000 unsold crosslisted products, with full access on all plans. ResaleOS from $39.99/month (USD), with a 200 cross-listings-per-month cap on its entry plan and 500 on its middle plan.
  • Caps: ResaleOS meters cross-listings each month. Its pricing page does not say what counts as one, or whether a relist uses one. FLUF Connect counts unsold crosslisted products, so sold items stop counting and relisting never uses your allowance.

FLUF Connect vs ResaleOS at a Glance

ResaleOS and FLUF Connect overlap on crosslisting, but they were built for different jobs. ResaleOS started as software for consignment and vendor stores and added crosslisting, AI cataloguing and a storefront around that core. FLUF Connect started as a crosslisting and inventory engine for sellers running hundreds or thousands of items, and later added AI listing creation and a mobile app. The table below reflects the ResaleOS pages we read on 11 October 2026. ResaleOS changes its plans, so check their plans page before deciding.

What Is ResaleOS?

ResaleOS is US-built software for resale, consignment and vendor stores, with customers across the US, UK, Canada and the EU. Its core workflow turns one photo into a catalogue item: it cuts out the background, stages the image, writes the listing text and suggests a price from comparable sales. From there the item can be crosslisted to a long list of marketplaces, sold in its own storefront or through its point-of-sale, and tracked against a consignor or vendor so the split is calculated automatically. ResaleOS’s homepage describes crosslisting to “30+ marketplaces” and lists the channels it supports.

The product is aimed at people who run a store, not just a seller account. ResaleOS describes consignor portals, booth and mall floor maps, shipping labels through USPS, UPS, FedEx and several freight providers, barcoded tags and review requests. It is a broader product than FLUF Connect. If you take in stock from other people and pay them out, that breadth is the reason to choose it.

ResaleOS’s pricing is in USD, on three monthly plans with yearly billing at one month free. Its pricing explainer describes a $1 start for the first 30 days on any plan.

Where FLUF Connect Has the Edge

Price for the listing volume most sellers run

On the published prices, ResaleOS’s entry plan is $39.99/month for 200 cross-listings. FLUF Connect’s Growth plan is £19/month for 1,000 unsold crosslisted products, and every plan includes every feature. If you run a few hundred live listings a month and want the cheapest tool that does the work, FLUF Connect is the lower-cost option. ResaleOS’s Reseller plan at $89.99/month and Pro at $219.99/month are priced for store operators who also need the back office.

No per-listing cap on sold items

ResaleOS meters cross-listings each month, and its plans page does not define what counts as one. Its explainer does not say whether a sold item stops counting or whether a relist uses an allowance. FLUF Connect counts unsold crosslisted products. When an item sells it stops counting, and relisting never consumes your allowance, so a high-turnover seller is not penalised for selling well.

Relisting and offer automation

Relisting is how you stay visible on marketplaces that rank by recency. FLUF Connect relists automatically on Depop, eBay, Vinted, Vestiaire, Etsy and Marktplaats, with strategies you control: relist oldest first, or by price, or by category sell-through rate, or by seasonality. There is a daily cap, time windows, and eBay fee protection that skips items which would trigger an insertion fee.

We found no relisting feature in ResaleOS on its plans page, its explainer or its homepage. The pages we read also do not describe automatic handling of buyer offers. FLUF Connect automatically counters and accepts offers on Depop, eBay, Vinted and Yaga, and sends proactive offers to people who have liked or watched an item. You set a counter discount and an accept floor, and it runs.

UK and European marketplaces

ResaleOS’s marketplace list is built around the US and a few global names. FLUF Connect covers Vinted, Vestiaire Collective, Wallapop, Marktplaats, Kleinanzeigen, leboncoin and Yaga, and resolves sizes across UK, EU, US, IT and KR conventions automatically. If you sell in the UK or Europe, those channels are the difference that matters most.

You are not tied to a phone or a desk

Eighteen of FLUF Connect’s 29 channels run entirely server-side. Relisting on Depop, eBay, Etsy, Vestiaire and Marktplaats needs nothing running: no browser open, no phone awake, no extension. Eleven channels use a Chrome extension for the session, because those marketplaces have no seller API.

FLUF Connect also has a mobile app on iOS and Android. ResaleOS lists desktop apps for macOS and Windows, and we found no mobile app on the pages we read. If you list from a phone between jobs, FLUF Connect is built for that.

Mobile camera and remote-control shooting

FLUF Connect’s app opens on the camera and shows a preview in about seven seconds. It also includes a remote-control mode that turns your phone into a tethered studio camera for your laptop, with group-photo batching. ResaleOS’s photo workflow runs on its desktop software.

Where ResaleOS Has the Edge

A real back office for consignment and vendor stores

This is ResaleOS’s strongest ground, and FLUF Connect does not compete on it. ResaleOS describes point-of-sale on Stripe, Square, Clover and Revolut, consignor and vendor split tracking, payouts by eight methods, a consignor portal, booth and mall floor maps, and an AI inbox that drafts replies. If you run a store with stock owned by other people, those features belong in one system. FLUF Connect is not a point-of-sale system and does not pay out consignors.

Storefront and store platforms built in

ResaleOS includes its own commission-free storefront and point-of-sale, and it integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and GoDaddy. FLUF Connect also connects to Shopify and WooCommerce, but it does not run a storefront of its own.

Automatic sales tax on Pro

ResaleOS’s Pro plan includes automatic sales tax, an account manager, a public REST API and signed webhooks, and unlimited team members. Those are useful to a business with multiple staff and a tax obligation in several places. The plans page lists them under Pro only.

US marketplaces and specialist resale channels

ResaleOS names several US and niche channels that are not among the 29 FLUF Connect marketplaces named on this page, including StockX, GOAT, The RealReal, Chairish, Bonanza, Discogs, Pinterest and Craigslist. If your inventory sells mainly on those, ResaleOS covers ground we do not. The same is true of Amazon, which FLUF Connect does not support.

A larger stated scope on paper

ResaleOS publishes unlimited products, unlimited imports and unlimited marketplaces on every plan. FLUF Connect also includes every feature on every plan. The difference is what you pay to create listings each month, and the caps are described above.

Feature-by-Feature Comparison: FLUF Connect vs ResaleOS

Listing creation

Both tools generate listings from photos. ResaleOS builds a catalogue item from one photo, including a cut-out, staging, listing text and a comparable-sales price. FLUF Connect accepts 2–20 photos and returns title, description, category, brand, colour, condition, style, material and department. FLUF Connect adds two things ResaleOS does not describe: Listing Rules, a saved house style applied to every listing and scopeable per brand, category or channel; and Custom Fields you define yourself, which the AI fills and which push through as marketplace item specifics.

Inventory sync and delisting

Both delist when an item sells, and ResaleOS lists auto-delisting as a feature. FLUF Connect matches on SKU, supports per-variant SKUs so selling size M marks only M as sold, and syncs quantity, sold status, price and title. It deliberately does not sync descriptions or images, so channel-specific edits survive.

Relisting and pricing automation

ResaleOS does not describe relisting. FLUF Connect relists on six channels with configurable strategies, and Smart Pricing applies rules (undercut, parity or premium against a market anchor), progression schedules with ten presets from Steady Markdown to Auction-Style Descent, a Price Guard capping deviation from your listed price, and floors that can be set as cost plus a margin.

Bulk operations

FLUF Connect runs bulk jobs in the background: percentage price changes, minimum prices, category updates, find and replace across descriptions, bulk crosslisting, plus channel-specific jobs like Depop Boost and eBay Best Offer. Import runs from CSV, Excel, a public Google Sheet, or a ZIP of photo folders matched by SKU. ResaleOS’s plans page does not detail its bulk tools, so we have not compared them line by line.

Store operations

ResaleOS covers point-of-sale, consignor payouts, booths and a storefront. FLUF Connect covers order sync into Shopify so every marketplace sale lands in one place, multi-carrier shipping with live rate comparison and pickup scheduling, cost-of-goods and per-order profit tracking, unified buyer messaging, and team accounts with role-based access and magic-link sign-in. If your job is running a store floor, the first list is the one you need. If your job is listing and selling online, the second is.

Analytics

FLUF Connect reports daily metrics with per-channel breakdowns, sell-through by category and brand, price elasticity by bracket, pricing-rule impact measured as days-to-sell with and without a rule, and CSV export. ResaleOS’s pages we read do not describe an equivalent analytics set, so we have not compared them further.

The pattern is simple. ResaleOS covers the big US consumer marketplaces, then adds specialist resale and store channels. FLUF Connect covers the consumer marketplaces and extends across the UK and Europe, then into store platforms. Both tools list Vinted, Depop, eBay and Vestiaire Collective, so the overlap is wide. Where your inventory sells on a UK or EU channel, FLUF Connect reaches it and ResaleOS’s published list does not. Where it sells on a US specialist channel, the reverse is true.

ResaleOS states “30+ marketplaces” on its homepage without naming the full set on the pages we read. Our table reflects the names it lists by name. If a channel you depend on is missing from our list, check it with both vendors before you decide.

Pricing Comparison: FLUF Connect vs ResaleOS

The two tools meter different things, and comparing headline prices alone will mislead you. FLUF Connect charges for unsold crosslisted products, and sold items stop counting. ResaleOS charges for cross-listings per month, and its pricing page does not define what one is. Its plans are also priced in USD, and FLUF Connect in GBP, so we have not converted between them.

FLUF Connect ResaleOS
Free tier Full access on all plans $1 for the first 30 days, then the plan price
Entry plan Growth — £19/month, 1,000 products, all features Crosslister — $39.99/month, 200 cross-listings, 1 team member
Mid plan Pro — £49/month, 2,500 products, all features Reseller — $89.99/month, 500 cross-listings, 3 team members, point-of-sale
Higher plan Seller — £99/month, 5,000 products, all features Pro — $219.99/month, unlimited cross-listings and team members, automatic sales tax, account manager
Unlimited option Super Seller — custom pricing, priority sync Pro — unlimited cross-listings

Yearly billing Shown on the pricing page One month free, e.g. $439.89/year on Crosslister
Extra usage Included in the plan Packs: cross-listings from $0.11 each, photo edits and price lookups from $0.22 each
What a seller listing 300 new items a month actually pays

  • FLUF Connect: £19/month on Growth covers up to 1,000 unsold crosslisted products, with relisting, offers, bulk operations, AI and sync included. Sold items stop counting, so 300 new listings a month sits inside the entry plan as long as your unsold stock stays under 1,000.
  • ResaleOS: at 300 cross-listings a month the Crosslister plan (200) is too small, so you would move to Reseller at $89.99/month for 500. Whether a relist uses one of those cross-listings is not stated on its pricing pages, so check before you rely on the number.
  • The honest version: if you need a point-of-sale, consignor payouts or a storefront, ResaleOS’s plan price is the cost of a broader product. If you need listing and relisting at volume on marketplaces, FLUF Connect’s meter is simpler to predict.

One caution on ResaleOS’s pricing: older figures circulate. Some third-party listings and older ResaleOS content quote an entry price of $24.99/month, which does not match the current plans page. Use the plans page as the source of truth and confirm the price in the sign-up flow before you subscribe.

What Sellers Say About FLUF Connect and ResaleOS

We did not find enough public, independent review data for ResaleOS to make a fair claim about how its users rate it, and we are not going to invent a sentiment. Treat any review comparison as incomplete until you have run a trial. What we can say is that the product is built around stores, and its feature list reflects that.

FLUF Connect’s users are mostly individual and small-business resellers who list across several marketplaces. Their most common questions are about relisting cadence, offer automation and which channels are supported, which is why this comparison leans on those points.

Which Tool Is Right for You?

Choose ResaleOS if you…

  • Run a consignment or vendor store and pay consignors or vendors
  • Need point-of-sale, a storefront, booths or mall floor maps
  • Need automatic sales tax, a public API or an account manager
  • Sell mainly on US specialist channels such as StockX, GOAT, The RealReal or Chairish
  • Want one system for the shop floor and the online listings
Choose FLUF Connect if you…

  • Sell on Vinted, Vestiaire, Etsy, Shopify, Grailed or Whatnot
  • Are based in the UK or Europe, or sell on Wallapop, Marktplaats, Kleinanzeigen or leboncoin
  • Want auto-relisting and offer automation working today
  • Manage a few hundred live listings a month and want the lowest predictable price
  • Want to list from a phone as well as a desk
  • Want listing to continue without a phone or browser open

How to Switch from ResaleOS to FLUF Connect

  1. Sign up for FLUF Connect and connect the same marketplace accounts you use with ResaleOS.
  2. Import your existing inventory. FLUF Connect reads your live listings from the connected marketplaces, so you are not re-entering anything.
  3. Add the channels ResaleOS does not list: Yaga, Marktplaats, Wallapop, Kleinanzeigen, leboncoin, Temu and the rest.
  4. Turn on auto-relisting and offer automation for the channels that support them.
  5. Run both tools in parallel for a week if you want to compare directly, then cancel ResaleOS.

Switching does not affect your live listings. FLUF Connect reads from your connected marketplaces, so your eBay, Depop and Vinted listings stay where they are. If you run a store with consignor payouts, point-of-sale or booths, do not move those over. ResaleOS is the right tool for that work, and FLUF Connect does not replace it. Cancel ResaleOS through its billing settings and confirm the subscription has ended.

Other ResaleOS Alternatives

ResaleOS is one of several options, and depending on what you sell it may not be the closest comparison. These are genuine alternatives worth evaluating.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ResaleOS or FLUF Connect better for crosslisting?

It depends on what you run. ResaleOS is better if you operate a consignment or vendor store and need point-of-sale, consignor payouts or booths. FLUF Connect is better if you are primarily a marketplace seller, sell in the UK or Europe, or want auto-relisting, offer automation and a mobile app at a lower predictable price.

Does ResaleOS have consignor payouts and point-of-sale?

Yes. ResaleOS describes consignor and vendor split tracking, payouts by eight methods, and point-of-sale on Stripe, Square, Clover and Revolut, as set out on its homepage. FLUF Connect is not a point-of-sale or consignor-payout system.

How much does ResaleOS cost?

On its plans page, ResaleOS lists Crosslister at $39.99/month for 200 cross-listings, Reseller at $89.99/month for 500 with three team members and point-of-sale, and Pro at $219.99/month for unlimited cross-listings and team members. Every new account starts at $1 for the first 30 days. Yearly billing gives one month free.

Why do some sites quote ResaleOS at $24.99 a month?

Does ResaleOS relist my items automatically?

We found no relisting feature on ResaleOS’s plans page, its pricing explainer or its homepage. It does list automatic delisting when an item sells. FLUF Connect relists automatically on Depop, eBay, Vinted, Vestiaire, Etsy and Marktplaats, with strategies based on listing age, price, category sell-through rate or seasonality.

Does ResaleOS count sold items against my cross-listing limit?

Neither ResaleOS’s plans page nor its pricing explainer says whether a sold item stops counting or whether a relist uses an allowance. Ask ResaleOS directly before you rely on the limit. FLUF Connect counts unsold crosslisted products, so sold items stop counting and relisting never consumes your allowance.

Can I switch from ResaleOS to FLUF Connect without losing my listings?

Yes, for marketplace listings. FLUF Connect reads your existing listings from your connected marketplaces, so nothing needs re-entering and your live listings are unaffected. If you use ResaleOS for consignor payouts, point-of-sale or booths, those stay in ResaleOS, since FLUF Connect does not replace them.

ResaleOS lists desktop apps for macOS and Windows, and we found no mobile app on the pages we read.

Is FLUF Connect available outside the UK?

Yes. FLUF Connect is used by sellers across the UK, Europe, Australia and the United States, and supports marketplaces in all of those regions. Sizes are resolved automatically across UK, EU, US, IT and KR conventions.
