What you see
Each order shows the marketplace, the items with photos, the buyer, the date, a status (processing, shipped, delivered, refunded, cancelled) and the money: the net amount in large type, with gross, fees, promoted-listing charges and postage underneath. Add your cost price inline and the row shows profit. Tabs split the list into processing, shipped, refunded, overdue and awaiting fulfilment; a stats bar totals orders, earnings, items sold and average order over 24 hours to 12 months.
Open an order for the full picture: status history, shipping address, every line item, the fee breakdown, and links to the order on the marketplace, in Shopify, and to its label.
Shipping and tracking
From the order you can buy a carrier label through FLUF Shipping (UK senders), or enter a tracking number and carrier for a label you bought elsewhere. Either way FLUF marks the order shipped. On the marketplaces that accept a tracking number from FLUF the buyer sees it on the marketplace too; elsewhere FLUF records it and you add it on the marketplace. For Vinted orders FLUF fetches Vinted’s own prepaid label, including a thermal-printer version.

Stock, refunds and manual sales
- Sold out everywhere. When an order arrives, the item comes down on your other marketplaces. Select orders and press Sync to force it for a batch.
- Refunds. Issue a full or partial refund from the order on Depop, eBay, Etsy, Temu and Vinted, and the item can be restocked.
- Sales made elsewhere. Add a sale by hand for a market stall or an Instagram DM so stock and totals stay right.
- Message the buyer on Depop without leaving the order.
Everything into Shopify
If your own store is on Shopify, FLUF can create every marketplace sale there as a Shopify order, so your stock, reports and fulfilment live in one place. Fulfil it in Shopify and the tracking is passed back to the marketplace it came from. Order mirroring is included from Pro.
Exports and alerts
Download the orders list as CSV, or the profit-and-tax report: one row per sale with fees, postage, cost and net, built for accountants and for Xero or QuickBooks. Import cost prices from a spreadsheet in bulk. New sales arrive as a push notification in the mobile app, where you can also fulfil and refund, and as a daily email if you prefer. Zapier can pick up a New Sale event too.

Orders are on every plan. How far back you can see depends on the plan: Starter shows 90 days, Pro and Priority show everything. Sales are checked every 90 minutes on Starter, every hour on Pro and every 20 minutes on Priority. Order mirroring into Shopify is included from Pro.
