How to Transfer Depop Listings to Vinted
This works for one listing or your whole shop, and you can do it from a computer or the FLUF mobile app.
- Connect Depop. Sign in at fluf.io/connect and link your shop. FLUF imports your Depop listings, with their photos, descriptions, prices and categories.
- Connect Vinted. Sign in to Vinted through the FLUF mobile app, or use the Chrome extension on a computer.
- Pick your listings. Tick them one at a time, filter by things like brand or category, or select everything.
- Check the details. Change anything you like before publishing. Many sellers price a little lower on Vinted, because the buyer pays a fee on top.
- Crosslist. FLUF uploads the photos, picks the closest Vinted category and publishes the listings.

Which Depop Items Suit Vinted?
Start with everyday clothing from recognisable brands, shoes and kidswear, since Vinted shoppers often search by brand and size. One-off vintage and streetwear can do well too, though those buyers may pay more on Depop, so try a batch before moving everything. Vinted is also strongest in the UK and Europe, which matters if most of your Depop buyers are in the US.
How to Copy a Depop Listing to Vinted by Hand
For a handful of items you don’t need a tool:
- Save the photos from your Depop listing, or use your originals, which are usually sharper.
- Start a new listing on Vinted and upload at least 2 photos.
- Paste the title and description, then shorten the title if it runs past 100 characters.
- Choose the category, brand, size, colour and condition again from Vinted’s own lists.
- Set the price, choose the parcel size and publish.
- When the item sells on either marketplace, delete the other listing straight away.
Step 6 is what catches people out. A missed delete means you’ve sold one item to two buyers, and one of them gets a cancellation.
What Copies Across from Depop to Vinted
The two marketplaces organise listings differently, so some fields copy as they are and others are matched to Vinted’s options.

Can You List the Same Item on Depop and Vinted?
Yes, and plenty of sellers do. The risk is selling one item twice, so the second listing has to come down as soon as the first sells.
FLUF checks for sales and removes the item from the other marketplace. Checks run every 90 minutes on Starter and every 60 minutes on Pro, so there’s a short gap when a second buyer could still check out.

Buyers pay a separate fee at checkout on both marketplaces. Vinted’s is usually 3% to 8% plus £0.30 to £0.80, so your £30 item costs the buyer more than £30.
