Key Takeaways — Bidzzy to Vinted Crosslisting

  • Neither marketplace takes a penny from the seller. Bidzzy states that “sellers receive 100% of the item sale price”. Vinted states that “there are no fees for uploading your items or selling them on Vinted”. On this route you are not buying a better fee — you are buying an audience.
  • The audience gap is the whole reason to do this. Bidzzy Ltd was incorporated on 3 June 2026 and its Google Play listing shows 1,000+ installs. Vinted reports more than 100 million registered members. Same item, same price, wildly different number of people who will ever see it.
  • The category rules genuinely differ, in both directions. Bidzzy bans electronics devices and furniture, which Vinted allows. Vinted bans supplements, cleaning chemicals and every bladed tool, some of which Bidzzy permits. Roughly the fashion, kids, home-textile and craft seam of a Bidzzy shop crosses cleanly; a few things do not.
  • Twelve photos is the ceiling on this route — that is what a Bidzzy listing holds, so it is the most that can ever travel. Bidzzy also requires at least three, and requires them to be your own.
  • Sold on Vinted removes it from Bidzzy automatically. The reverse is not live yet: a sale on Bidzzy is not currently detected by FLUF, so you withdraw the Vinted copy yourself. This page says so plainly rather than promising a loop that does not close.
  • Cost: £1 for 7 days, then plans from £9/month (Starter — unlimited crosslisting). There is no free plan.

Two marketplaces that charge the seller nothing, one with the buyers

Most crosslisting pages open by comparing fees. This one cannot, because there is nothing to compare. Bidzzy’s terms say that “sellers receive 100% of the item sale price. Nothing is deducted from the seller’s earnings by Bidzzy.” Vinted’s help centre says that “there are no fees for uploading your items or selling them on Vinted”. Both move the cost onto the buyer instead. A seller comparing the two on price alone would find the exercise over in a sentence.

What separates them is reach, and the gap is not marginal. Bidzzy Ltd (company number 17259377) was incorporated on 3 June 2026 and registered in Luton. Its Google Play listing shows 1,000+ installs; its UK App Store entry carries 4.6 stars from 16 ratings; its Trustpilot profile shows 4.6 from 26 reviews. Its own sitemap listed 94,766 item URLs on 27 August 2026, which is a respectable catalogue for a three-month-old marketplace and still a rounding error next to Vinted, which reports over 100 million registered members across 20-odd markets.

Bidzzy is candid about this. Its own guidance to sellers is to “share listings in the Facebook group” and to “be patient — the buyer base is growing every day”. Its Trustpilot reviews say the same thing from the other side: one seller who joined in June wrote that the platform was hard to assess because of the limited number of users and the low sales volume, while praising the team for listening. The recurring compliment across every review is that moderation and support are done by people rather than automated systems — several reviewers say so explicitly, and more than one frames it against a bad experience elsewhere.

So the case for this route is not that Bidzzy is bad. It is that a listing which costs you nothing to duplicate should not sit in front of a thousand app installs when it could also sit in front of a hundred million members, and that keeping a foot on a young marketplace whose moderation you like costs you nothing if the duplication is automated. Bidzzy’s search ranks newest-first, with auto-renew resetting the date every 30, 60 or 90 days — so a listing there does not decay into invisibility the way an unbumped listing does elsewhere. That is a genuine reason to leave stock on it while you sell through Vinted.

What crosses, and the things that do not

The two marketplaces overlap heavily but not completely, and the mismatches run in both directions. This is the part worth reading before you push a whole catalogue across.

Bidzzy permits clothing, kids’ clothing, shoes, bags, fashion accessories, toys, pet items, home textiles, handmade goods and craft supplies, equestrian items, books and media, tech accessories, stationery, and factory-sealed health and beauty products. Vinted’s catalogue covers women’s, men’s, designer, kids’, home, electronics, books and media, hobbies and collectables, and sports. The fashion, kids, home-textile, book and craft seam sits inside both, and that is the bulk of a typical Bidzzy shop.

Item Bidzzy Vinted What that means for the route
Clothing, shoes, bags, kids’wear Allowed Allowed Crosses cleanly. This is the route.
Home textiles, books, media Allowed Allowed Crosses cleanly.
Craft supplies — fabric, yarn, patterns, beads Allowed, with its own category Allowed under hobbies Crosses, but expect to re-pick the category by hand.
Phones, laptops, consoles, TVs, appliances Prohibited Allowed Cannot originate on Bidzzy at all, so never appears on this route.
Furniture and large furnishings Prohibited Not a Vinted category in practice Irrelevant to both. Sell it elsewhere.
Sealed vitamins and supplements Allowed if factory-sealed Prohibited Will be removed on Vinted. Leave it on Bidzzy.
Cleaning products and detergents Allowed if sealed Prohibited Leave it on Bidzzy.
Bladed craft and equestrian tools Some permitted Prohibited — all sharp and pointed blades, kitchen knives included Leave it on Bidzzy.
Fur, reptile skin, shell, ivory Animal parts prohibited Prohibited Neither. Do not list it.
Used intimate apparel Prohibited (swimwear excepted) Underwear bottoms prohibited Both refuse most of it.

There is one more line that catches people. Vinted separates private members from professional ones, and listing commercial-purpose stock on a private account breaks its rules. Bidzzy draws the same line: business sellers must disclose their trader identity to signed-in buyers, buyers get a statutory 14-day cancellation right, and Bidzzy states that the change of status cannot be reversed by the seller. If you are trading rather than clearing a wardrobe, register properly on both before you crosslist, not after. On Vinted that means Vinted Pro, which carries no seller commission but obliges you to accept 14-day returns and releases your payout 14 days after delivery.

What a Bidzzy listing carries and what Vinted asks for

Bidzzy is built on a straightforward data model, which makes this mapping unusually predictable. FLUF Connect reads the listing directly from Bidzzy’s own backend, so what you see below is the actual shape of the record rather than a guess from the page.

Field On Bidzzy Travels to Vinted Notes
Title Up to 100 characters Yes Both marketplaces sit at a similar length, so titles rarely need cutting on this route.
Description Up to 2,000 characters, plain text, line breaks preserved Yes Bidzzy honours newlines, so paragraphing survives. Strip any “message me on Bidzzy” line before it travels.
Photos Minimum 3, maximum 12, must be your own Yes Twelve is the hard ceiling for this route because that is all Bidzzy holds.
Price GBP only — Bidzzy is a single-currency, UK-only marketplace Yes No conversion step, because there is no second currency on the source side.
Condition Six values — see the table below Yes, mapped The vocabularies are close but not identical.
Brand Present and indexed in Bidzzy search Yes Vinted matches brands against its own list; an unrecognised brand falls back to an unbranded listing.
Category Category and subcategory pair Mapped, then checked The two taxonomies are not the same shape. Review the mapped category on anything unusual.
Size Where the seller set one Yes, where it maps Vinted’s size lists are per-category and strict; a missing size is the most common thing you will add by hand.
Parcel size / package band Chosen by the seller, drives the buyer’s shipping price No Vinted has its own parcel-size model. This is set again on the Vinted side.
Offers Buyers may offer from 50% of the asking price No Vinted runs its own offer system with its own rules.
Favourites, views, rewards points Bidzzy-only No Engagement history does not transfer between marketplaces. Nothing does.

One Bidzzy-specific rule shapes what you can even build here: the Product Photo Authenticity Rule. Bidzzy requires original photos of the actual item, taken by you. Stock images, AI-generated images, copied or screenshotted images, and AI edits that change an item’s condition, colour or branding are banned, and flags are reviewed by a person. Cropping, rotating, brightness adjustment and blurring personal information are fine. In practice this is good news for the route: a Bidzzy listing already has to carry honest, seller-shot photography, which is exactly what a Vinted listing wants. Sellers moving in the other direction, from a marketplace full of stock imagery, do not get that for nothing.

Worth knowing about Bidzzy’s own search, because it changes how you write the title before you duplicate it: Bidzzy indexes title, brand, category and subcategory, and does not index the description. Ranking is newest-first, and photo count, description length, seller rating and price do not affect it. So a Bidzzy title has to carry every word a buyer might search. That habit transfers well — Vinted also leans heavily on the title — but it means your descriptions may be thinner than a Vinted buyer expects, and thickening them is a worthwhile edit rather than a chore.

Condition, translated

Bidzzy stores condition as one of six values. FLUF maps them onto Vinted’s equivalents on the way across.

Bidzzy value What it means Vinted equivalent
New with tags Unworn, original tags attached New with tags
New without tags Unworn, tags gone New without tags
New with defects Unworn but flawed — a snag, a mark, a factory fault Closest honest match, with the defect spelled out in the description
Very good Worn lightly, no visible wear Very good
Good Worn, minor visible wear Good
Satisfactory Well worn, obvious flaws Satisfactory

“New with defects” is the one to watch. It is a real Bidzzy value and it does not have a clean twin everywhere. Whenever a condition is downgraded or approximated in translation, the fix is the same and it is not automatable: name the defect in the description and photograph it. An item described as “very good” that arrives with a mark you did not mention is how a dispute starts, on either marketplace.

Who actually pays, on each side

Both platforms charge the seller nothing and recover their costs from the buyer, but they do it at different rates, and it is worth knowing what the person on the other end sees.

On Bidzzy the buyer pays a Buyer Protection fee of 5% of the item price plus a fixed 80p, with a floor of £1 and a ceiling of £15 per order, plus shipping at checkout. The cap matters at the top end: on a £400 item the buyer pays £15, not £20.80. There is no listing fee, no commission, no subscription and no payment-processing deduction on the seller side, and there are currently no paid promotion products at all — Bidzzy lists pay-per-performance listing boosts as a roadmap item rather than a live feature.

On Vinted the buyer pays a Buyer Protection fee too. Vinted’s own help page does not publish a single flat rate; it describes the fee as varying, usually between 3% and 8% of the item price plus 30p to 80p, added automatically at checkout and shown in the order summary, with VAT included. A great many third-party articles quote a precise figure. Vinted itself does not, so neither will we.

The seller-side consequence is that your listed price is your take on both platforms, and you should therefore keep the price identical across them. There is no fee arbitrage to exploit, and a buyer who finds the same item cheaper on one of your own shopfronts is a buyer you have talked out of a sale.

Payout timing is the real difference. Bidzzy releases funds into your Bidzzy wallet 72 hours after delivery for private sellers, or 14 days for business sellers, with no minimum withdrawal and one to three working days to reach your bank. Vinted Pro sellers wait 14 days after delivery. If cash-flow timing matters to how you buy stock, that is the number to plan around, not the fee.

Postage, and the five-day clock

Bidzzy generates a prepaid tracked label with your chosen carrier when an item sells, and the buyer pays for shipping at checkout. Three carriers are supported through Sendcloud: Evri, Royal Mail and InPost. Royal Mail Tracked 48 and InPost lockers both support printer-free QR-code drop-off, so a seller without a printer is not excluded. Evri and Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically deliver in two to four working days; InPost locker-to-locker is usually next working day.

Two obligations come with it. Sellers must dispatch within five calendar days of payment. And packaging is explicitly the seller’s responsibility: Bidzzy states that an item broken in transit through inadequate packaging is not covered by Buyer Protection, and advises photographing the packed parcel before drop-off as evidence. The dispute window is 72 hours from delivery, and Bidzzy says every dispute is reviewed by a person.

There is a geographic limit that matters if you are duplicating a catalogue: Bidzzy ships to mainland UK addresses only. The Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are outside its delivery area, as is everywhere abroad. Vinted, by contrast, runs across more than twenty markets and will put a UK listing in front of buyers your Bidzzy listing structurally cannot reach. For a seller with genuinely national or cross-border stock, that is the argument for this route restated in one sentence.

How to crosslist with FLUF Connect

FLUF Connect talks to Bidzzy server-side. Bidzzy is a Supabase application, which means authentication is an ordinary email-and-password sign-in producing a token, and every read and write is a plain API call — no browser automation, no bot-detection layer to work around. Both the read path and the write path were verified end to end against a real seller account before the channel went live to everyone on 15 August 2026.

  1. Connect Bidzzy. Open FLUF Connect, go to Channels, choose Bidzzy and sign in with your Bidzzy email and password.
  2. Let the index run. FLUF reads your live Bidzzy listings and builds them into a single catalogue — titles, descriptions, photos, prices, conditions, brands and categories.
  3. Connect Vinted. Same screen, choose Vinted, and follow the connect flow.
  4. Filter before you push. Use the eligibility table above. Exclude supplements, sealed cleaning products and anything bladed — those will be removed on Vinted, and a removal is a mark against your account rather than a neutral event.
  5. Select and crosslist. Pick the items, choose Vinted as the destination, and send them. Sizes and categories are the two fields worth reviewing before you confirm.
  6. Check the first ten by hand. Not the first hundred. Ten is enough to catch a systematically wrong category mapping, and few enough that fixing them is quick.

Neither channel needs anything installed on your side to keep running once connected. Bidzzy in particular is one of the simplest channels FLUF drives: no cookie capture, no session that expires in an hour, no separate app registration.

What syncs between them — and what does not

This section is deliberately blunt, because the honest version is more useful than the flattering one.

Behaviour Bidzzy Vinted
Item sells elsewhere → withdrawn from this channel Yes Yes
Sale on this channel detected and imported Not yet Yes
Automated relisting No Yes
Offer management No Yes

Read that top-to-bottom and the practical shape of the loop is this. Sell an item on Vinted, and FLUF sees the sale and withdraws the Bidzzy listing for you. Sell the same item on Bidzzy, and FLUF does not yet see it — the sold-on-Bidzzy direction is not live, because no real sold-order record has been observed from Bidzzy’s side to build against. You withdraw the Vinted copy yourself.

That is a one-and-a-half-way loop, not a two-way one, and it is worth being clear-eyed about the failure mode: if a Bidzzy sale goes unnoticed and the Vinted copy sells too, you have oversold, and on Vinted that costs you a cancellation. Until the Bidzzy order side lands, treat the Bidzzy half as the one you check. Given Bidzzy’s current sales volume, that is a light duty — but it is a duty, and a page that pretended otherwise would be selling you a problem.

Automated relisting is a Vinted capability and not a Bidzzy one, which suits the two platforms’ ranking models anyway: Vinted rewards freshness and needs the help, whereas Bidzzy’s newest-first ordering already resets on auto-renew every 30, 60 or 90 days without you doing anything. Relisting and offer management are included from the Seller plan upward rather than on Starter.

The manual version, and what it costs you

Doing this by hand is not hard, which is exactly why it is easy to underestimate. Per item: open the Bidzzy listing, copy the title, copy the description, download twelve photos, open the Vinted app, upload the photos, paste the title, paste the description, pick a category, pick a brand from Vinted’s list, pick a size, pick a condition, set a parcel size, set the price, publish. Then when it sells on one, remember to go and remove it from the other.

Call it six to eight minutes if you are quick and the photos are already on the device you are listing from. On a hundred items that is somewhere north of ten hours, and the tedium is not the real cost — the real cost is that you will not do it for the whole catalogue. You will do it for the thirty items you think will sell, which is precisely the guess that a second marketplace exists to correct.

What FLUF Connect costs

FLUF Connect is £1 for 7 days, with full access to every feature straight away. The rest of your first month is charged after the seven days, then it is £9/month on Starter. There is no free plan.

Crosslisting is unlimited on every plan — there is no cap on how many listings you create, how many stay live, or how many marketplaces each one goes to. Starter checks for sales every 90 minutes and covers 90 days of dashboard, analytics, orders and listings-log history. Automated relisting, offer management and smart pricing start on the Seller plan at £29/month, which also moves sale checks to every 60 minutes and unlocks full history. Pro is £99/month, and Super Seller pricing is bespoke.

For a Bidzzy seller specifically, Starter is usually the right starting point: relisting is not supported on Bidzzy anyway, and the Vinted side of the route is the half that benefits from the higher tier, so it is a decision you can make later once you know whether Vinted is carrying your sales.

Sources and verification

Every fee, limit and policy on this page was checked against a primary source on 28 August 2026. Marketplace terms change; where a figure is not published by the marketplace itself, we say so rather than repeating a number from elsewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, and that is the point of crosslisting. Neither marketplace charges a seller for listing, so a duplicated listing costs you nothing but the time to create it — which is the part FLUF Connect removes. The one thing to stay on top of is withdrawing the copy when the item sells. FLUF withdraws the Bidzzy listing automatically when the item sells on Vinted; the Bidzzy-sold direction is not yet detected, so you remove the Vinted copy yourself for now.

Nothing, on the seller side. Bidzzy's terms state that sellers receive 100% of the item sale price and that nothing is deducted from seller earnings — no listing fee, no commission, no subscription and no payment-processing deduction. The buyer pays a Buyer Protection fee of 5% plus 80p, with a £1 minimum and a £15 cap per order, plus shipping at checkout.

No. Vinted's help centre states that there are no fees for uploading your items or selling them on Vinted, and the seller receives the full item price into their Vinted balance. The buyer pays a Buyer Protection fee, which Vinted describes as varying — usually 3% to 8% of the item price plus 30p to 80p, added at checkout. Vinted does not publish a single flat rate, so be wary of articles that quote one.

Mainly three groups. Vinted prohibits vitamins, supplements, medicines and medical supplies; detergents and cleaning chemicals; and all sharp or pointed blades, kitchen knives included. Bidzzy permits sealed items in some of those groups, so they can exist on a Bidzzy shop and still be refused by Vinted. Both platforms ban counterfeits, fur and other animal parts, and most used intimate apparel. Filter those out before you push rather than after.

Up to twelve, because twelve is what a Bidzzy listing holds. Bidzzy also requires a minimum of three, and requires them to be your own photographs of the actual item — its Product Photo Authenticity Rule bans stock images, AI-generated images, copied or screenshotted images, and AI edits that change condition, colour or branding. That rule works in your favour here, because honest seller-shot photography is exactly what a Vinted listing wants.

No. Bidzzy is a Supabase application, so FLUF Connect signs in with your Bidzzy email and password and makes ordinary API calls from the server. Both the read path and the write path were verified end to end against a real seller account before the channel opened to everyone on 15 August 2026.

Yes. That direction is live: FLUF detects the Vinted sale and withdraws the Bidzzy listing. The opposite direction is not yet supported — a sale on Bidzzy is not currently detected, because no real Bidzzy sold-order record has been observed to build against. Until that lands, check your Bidzzy sales and remove the Vinted copy by hand.

No, and this is worth knowing before you plan around it. Bidzzy ships to mainland UK addresses only. The Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are outside its delivery area, as is anywhere abroad. Vinted runs across more than twenty markets, so a Vinted listing reaches buyers your Bidzzy listing structurally cannot.

No. Both marketplaces charge the seller nothing and recover their costs from the buyer, so there is no fee difference to price around. Keeping one price across both also avoids the worst outcome, which is a buyer finding the same item cheaper on another of your own shopfronts and deciding to wait.

£1 for 7 days with full access, then £9/month on Starter. There is no free plan. Crosslisting is unlimited on every plan, with no cap on listings, live items or marketplaces. Automated relisting, offer management and smart pricing start on the Seller plan at £29/month — relevant on the Vinted side, since relisting is not supported on Bidzzy.
