Sell on Quibly: UK Seller Requirements, Payouts and Postage

What Quibly asks of UK sellers, how payouts, postage and returns work, and how to list your existing stock on Quibly with FLUF Connect.

70+ marketplaces, one dashboard Auto inventory sync WhatsApp, email & in-app support

Quibly is a UK marketplace for pre-loved goods that opened on 18 September 2026. You list from two photos, Quibly drafts the title, description, price and postage, and buyers pay at checkout with postage by Evri or DPD, or collect locally. If you already sell second-hand in the UK, the useful question is whether a new marketplace is worth the extra listings. This guide covers what Quibly asks of sellers, what is still unpublished, and how FLUF Connect puts your existing stock on Quibly without listing it again.

In short

  • Quibly is UK only and trades in pounds. You must be 18 or over and pass identity checks before your listings go live.
  • Quibly charges a platform fee when an item sells. Its entry plan, which has no monthly charge, includes 10 listings a month.
  • Money is released 48 hours after confirmed delivery for private sellers, and 14 days after for business sellers.
  • Through FLUF, a Quibly sale comes into your FLUF orders and the item comes off your other channels. An item sold elsewhere is ended on Quibly.

Is Quibly for you?

Quibly suits UK sellers of everyday second-hand goods who already list on Vinted, eBay, Depop or Gumtree and want one more set of buyers for the same stock. It is not a place to move your whole business to yet. The marketplace is a few weeks old, its Android app was still listed as “coming soon” at launch, and it has not published user numbers.

It is not for sellers outside the UK. Quibly takes UK addresses and pounds only, and FLUF connects it for UK accounts.

What Quibly is

According to Retail Times’ launch report, Quibly launched on 18 September 2026 on iOS and the web, led by co-founder and chief executive Nikos Kargadouris. The listing flow is its main pitch: two photos in, a drafted listing out in about 30 seconds, which the seller edits before it goes live. The same report describes QR-coded handovers for local collection and a donate option.

The Quibly homepage splits the site into a general marketplace, a Brands section for independent labels, and charity shops, which were marked “coming soon” in October 2026.

Opening a seller account

Quibly’s terms set out who can sell:

  • You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract (section 3.1).
  • You declare at registration whether you sell as a private individual or as a business (section 4.2). The choice changes your payout timing and what buyers can return.
  • Identity verification must be complete before your listings activate or any money is released (section 14.5). The homepage says Stripe carries out the check.
  • You keep a valid payment method on file to buy or sell (sections 9.4 and 9.5).

Do the identity check before you send a batch of listings. Until it is done, nothing you list will show to buyers.

What it costs to sell

The homepage says “platform fees apply when an item sells”. Quibly sets out the rate in its help centre, so check the current figure there before you price. Under section 9.2 of the terms, Quibly must give 15 days’ notice of a fee change. Some optional services carry buyer-paid fees that are not refundable (sections 9.3 and 11.5).

Listing volume is limited by plan. The homepage gives the entry plan, which has no monthly charge, 10 listings a month, and the terms mention Pro and Enterprise plans with more listing capacity (section 32.1) without publishing their limits. If you plan to send more than 10 items in a month, look at Quibly’s paid plans first.

Postage, payouts and returns

Topic What Quibly says
Postage Evri or DPD with a label created for you, or local collection. You pack and dispatch the parcel (terms 12.1).
Payment Held by Stripe until the order is complete (homepage).
Payout, private seller Released 48 hours after confirmed delivery (terms 14.2).
Payout, business seller Released 14 days after confirmed delivery (terms 14.2).
Disputes Raised within 30 days. Payout can be paused for up to 90 days while one is open (terms 15.2 and 14.3).
Returns, private seller No change-of-mind returns (terms 11.1).
Returns, business seller 14-day cancellation and 30 days for faulty goods (terms 11.3 and 11.4).

One difference from older marketplaces matters for pricing. Section 15.4 of the terms says Quibly “does not currently operate a buyer protection programme”. Buyers are covered by the payment hold and the dispute process, not by a separate paid protection fee, so your listed price is not competing with a protection charge added at checkout.

Listing well on Quibly

Quibly builds the listing from your photos, so the first two pictures do most of the work. Use a clear front shot and a label or detail shot, then add the rest. Read the drafted title and price before you publish, since a generated price can be well off for branded or collectable items.

Postage is set per listing, and a parcel that is underweighted on the label is your problem, not the buyer’s. Weigh anything heavy before you list it.

Selling on Quibly with FLUF Connect

If your stock already lives on other marketplaces, FLUF Connect sends it to Quibly from your FLUF inventory, so you do not photograph and describe it again.

  2. Connect your Quibly account. Quibly asks you to sign in and approve FLUF.
  3. Select products in your inventory and choose Quibly as the destination.
  4. Check the price and publish.

Each product needs at least two photos for Quibly. A new listing can wait in review on Quibly until your identity check and payouts are set up there, so finish those first.

Where Quibly fits next to other UK marketplaces

Most UK resellers already have a main marketplace. Quibly is worth adding when your items are general second-hand goods that ship in a standard parcel, and when you have stock sitting for more than a few weeks elsewhere. Fashion-only stock still has its largest audience on Vinted and Depop. Bulky items that are collection-only do better on Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace, where buyers search by distance. Other newer UK marketplaces FLUF connects include Wadded and Misellit.

Because the Quibly listing comes from the same FLUF product, adding it does not create a second stock count to look after. When the item sells on any connected channel, the others follow.
