Crosslist from Amazon to WooCommerce: Your Own WordPress Shop
Sell the same products on Amazon and your own WordPress site. Keep customer data and pricing control with WooCommerce.
7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
- This route suits Amazon sellers who want a second sales channel that keeps 100% of customer data and pricing control. You’ll list the same products on both platforms but manage separate order workflows.
- Amazon’s UK Professional plan costs £25 a month (excl. VAT) plus a referral fee on every sale, set by category. WooCommerce is a free WordPress plugin and takes no commission, so a sale on your own WordPress shop keeps more of the price.
- WooCommerce sales end your Amazon listing automatically. Amazon sales require you to mark them sold in FLUF, then lower the stock in your WordPress admin manually.
- Try it with 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.

Who this route suits
If you sell on Amazon but want to reduce dependency on one platform and keep your customer relationships, crosslisting to WooCommerce adds a direct sales channel. A WordPress shop lets you keep customer emails, control pricing without Amazon’s restrictions, and avoid marketplace fees on repeat buyers.
The model works best for sellers with:
- Enough inventory depth that you hold multiple units per line
- A way to bring buyers to your own site yourself, such as search, social media or an existing mailing list
- Willingness to manage two separate checkout and fulfilment workflows
It is a weak fit if you sell only a handful of items a month, or if you were hoping to move your Amazon buyers across. Amazon’s seller code of conduct says you may not divert Amazon customers to another website, so the WordPress shop has to find its own buyers.
Why your own WordPress shop changes the economics
On Amazon, kitchen items carry a 15% referral fee, so a £30 item costs you £4.50 per sale, plus a share of the £25 monthly Professional fee. WooCommerce itself takes nothing per sale. You pay for hosting and your payment provider’s card fee instead.
A worked example: sell that £30 kitchen item once on each. Amazon keeps £4.50 in referral fees. On your WooCommerce shop the only per-sale cost is your payment provider’s card fee, usually a small percentage plus a few pence. The gap covers hosting quickly, but only if the WordPress shop gets traffic of its own.
Managing inventory across two shops
When you sell on your WordPress site, FLUF sees the order and ends your Amazon listing for that item automatically. When you sell on Amazon, FLUF cannot see the order. You must mark it sold in FLUF, then manually lower the stock for that product in your WordPress admin.
The process is straightforward: dispatch the Amazon order as usual, mark it as sold in FLUF (FLUF will end the listing on any other channel it controls), then go into WordPress and reduce the quantity for that product by 1. Add the stock change to the same routine you use for printing labels.
The risk is smallest when you hold several units per product line. On your last unit of anything, mark it sold in FLUF and update WordPress immediately to avoid overselling.
How to crosslist from Amazon to WooCommerce
- Install the FLUF Connect plugin for WooCommerce. In your WordPress admin sidebar, go to Plugins → Add New, search for FLUF Connect, then install and activate it.
- Connect your WooCommerce shop. FLUF walks you through linking your WordPress site to your FLUF account.
- Connect your Amazon seller account. Sign in with your Amazon credentials so FLUF can read your current listings.
- Choose which Amazon products to crosslist. Start with items you hold several units of, to reduce the risk of Amazon orders creating out-of-stock situations on WordPress.
- Set prices for your WordPress shop. You can price the same items differently on WooCommerce and Amazon. Many sellers price WordPress slightly lower to encourage direct sales and capture repeat customers.
- Review and publish. FLUF creates product pages in your WordPress shop. Review the descriptions, images and pricing, then publish them live.
