Key Takeaways

  • ePRICE is an Italian online retailer, and its marketplace is for professional sellers, and you sign up with your company’s chamber of commerce extract.
  • ePRICE lists a shop fee of €29 a month plus VAT, with nothing to pay for the first three months, and a commission of 7% to 9.5% of each sale depending on the category.
  • There is no minimum term and no exit fee, and ePRICE pays out weekly, net of commission.
  • Once ePRICE approves you, FLUF Connect can list stock that already exists in the ePRICE catalogue, matched by barcode.

This guide is for Italian businesses selling electronics, small appliances, computing, gaming, DIY or household goods that want another large Italian shop window alongside their own site or Amazon. A phone accessories wholesaler, a refurbished laptop dealer with a partita IVA or a kitchenware importer fits. Private sellers cannot join; Subito and eBay are the routes for them.

What ePRICE offers sellers

ePRICE’s marketplace page calls itself “il primo Marketplace Italiano” and promises “4 milioni di clienti/mese” (4 million customers a month). It defines the marketplace as the virtual space ePRICE provides for “venditori professionali” (professional sellers) to present and sell their own products.

Your shop is run from a single seller area where you manage offers, products, orders and buyer messages, with sales statistics alongside. You can sell a wide range of products, apart from items on ePRICE’s banned list and categories it has not opened yet.

Signing up

ePRICE’s FAQ lists what to prepare before you start the online form:

  • a visura camerale ordinaria (ordinary chamber of commerce extract) issued in the last six months;
  • the identity card and codice fiscale of the company’s legal representative;
  • your bank details.

The page links to the full contract so you can read it before you register. The visura is the document that rules out private sellers: you need a business registered with an Italian chamber of commerce.

What it costs

The FAQ answer on cost reads: “Aprire un negozio costa 29,00 € (IVA esclusa) al mese, ma inizierai a pagare solamente dal quarto mese” (opening a shop costs €29 a month excluding VAT, but you only start paying from the fourth month). Listing your inventory, or adding new products to the ePRICE catalogue, carries no charge. On each sale you pay a commission between 7% and 9.5% of the transaction, set by product category.

Charge Amount
Monthly shop fee €29 + VAT, from month four
Listing products No charge
Commission per sale 7% to 9.5%, by category
Minimum term or exit fee None

A worked example at the top rate: a €250 robot vacuum costs €23.75 in commission, leaving €226.25 before your shipping and your share of the monthly fee. Twenty such sales a month spread the €29 fee to about €1.45 each.

The page also states “Nessun vincolo di rinnovo” and “Nessun costo di recesso” (no renewal commitment, no cancellation cost), and you can cancel the subscription at any time.

Getting paid and staying visible

ePRICE pays “ogni settimana direttamente sul tuo conto corrente e al netto delle commissioni” (every week, straight to your bank account, net of commission). Visibility depends on performance: ePRICE says order handling, buyer support and on-time delivery measure customer satisfaction, and better performance raises your standing and visibility on the platform.

That makes stock accuracy part of your ranking. An order you cannot fill because the item already sold on another channel counts against you, so keep ePRICE stock in step with every other place you sell.

Using FLUF Connect with ePRICE

When ePRICE has approved your shop, connect it from the Channels screen in FLUF Connect. FLUF can then list items from your inventory that already exist in the ePRICE catalogue, matched by barcode (EAN).
