What the Manor partner programme is
Manor opened its online shop to external partners in May 2021, starting with its strongest categories and adding others over time, as Ecommerce News Europe reported. Manor’s partner programme page describes it as an e-consignment model. Manor acts as the official seller, so the customer buys from Manor, while the partner looks after stock, shipping and returns.
The page gives the reasons Manor thinks partners join: more than 10,000 staff and 60 stores in Switzerland, a 60% share of the department store market by its own figures, and 98% brand awareness. A support team stays with each partner through the partnership.

The language rule is where many foreign sellers stop. Switzerland has German, French and Italian speaking regions, so a range described in English or German alone does not meet the rule. Budget for French translation of your full range before you apply.
Customs needs the same planning. A parcel from Germany or France into Switzerland crosses a customs border, so you need a carrier that clears it and a returns route that brings goods back the same way.
Fees and how you apply
Manor does not publish its commission or monthly fee on the partner page. You start with the “Anfrage senden” contact form on that page, and the terms come from Manor during the conversation. Ask for the rate on your categories and for any monthly fee in writing, and work out the margin on your lowest-priced lines with Swiss delivery and returns included.
Is it right for you?
It suits a brand with a range Swiss department store customers already know, product content in German and French, and a carrier that handles Swiss customs. It suits less well a seller with English-only content, one without a Swiss returns route, or anyone selling unbranded goods with no barcodes.

Using FLUF Connect with Manor
Manor chooses its own partners, so FLUF has no application link for it. On the Channels screen in FLUF Connect its card is marked “Invite only” and covers one country, Switzerland. Once Manor has accepted you and your products are in its catalogue, choose “Already approved? Connect” on the card.
FLUF can then list items from your inventory that already exist in Manor’s catalogue, matched by barcode. A brand that keeps its stock in FLUF for its own Shopify store can offer the same units on Manor without entering them again.

FLUF does not see Manor orders, so a sale there does not lower your stock elsewhere by itself. When an order takes your last unit, mark it sold in FLUF and it comes down from the other marketplaces you list it on.
