Can You Have Two Vinted Accounts? Personal and Pro
Vinted allows one account per member. Registered businesses can add a Vinted Pro account. Here is how the rule works and how to run both accounts from one place.
- Vinted allows one account per member. Its Terms say so, and a new account made after a ban is banned too.
- Business sellers have one route to a second account: Vinted Pro. Vinted lets a registered business convert its account to Pro or open a separate Pro account.
- A separate Pro account needs its own email address and phone number.
- Vinted Pro is open in 11 countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
- FLUF Connect can run both accounts side by side from the Seller plan up, each as its own store.

Vinted’s rule on multiple accounts
Vinted is clear about this. Its help centre says members can only have one account, in line with its Terms and Conditions, to prevent fraud and malicious activity.[1] The same page says that creating a new account after a ban is not allowed, and that any further accounts will be banned as well.
So a second personal wardrobe is off the table. It does not matter whether you want it for a different style of clothing, a family member’s items or a fresh start. The account existing is the problem.
The exception: Vinted Pro
Vinted Pro is Vinted’s service for professional sellers. To use it, a member has to meet Vinted’s eligibility rules, which include being registered as a business, for example as a sole trader, and selling only in the categories Vinted allows for Pro sellers.[2]
Vinted says a business seller can either convert their existing account into a Pro account or create a separate one.[2] The second option is what lets you keep a personal wardrobe and run a business shop next to it. Crunch’s guide to Vinted Pro adds that a separate Pro account needs a different email address and phone number from your personal one.[3]
Vinted Pro is currently available to sellers registered in France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, the UK, Ireland, Germany and Austria.[2] If you sell from somewhere else, the one-account rule applies with no Pro route.
Personal and Pro accounts compared
| Personal account | Vinted Pro account | |
|---|---|---|
| Who it is for | Individuals selling their own items | Registered businesses, including sole traders |
| How many | One per member | Your existing account converted, or one separate Pro account |
| Sign-up details | Your email and phone number | A separate email and phone number if you keep your personal account |
| What you can sell | Vinted’s standard catalogue rules | Only the categories Vinted opens to Pro sellers |
| Buyer fee | Buyer Protection | Buyer Protection Pro |
| Where it is available | Every Vinted market | 11 countries (listed above) |
Check the current Pro eligibility rules and fees on Vinted’s own pages before you apply. They change more often than the one-account rule does.[2][4]
Running a personal wardrobe and a Pro shop?
Manage both from one place. 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
Why sellers run both
Most sellers who ask about a second Vinted account have one of three reasons.
- They started a business. A wardrobe clear-out turned into buying stock to resell. Once that happens, the stock belongs in a business account and the personal wardrobe stays personal.
- They want clean records. Keeping business sales in their own account makes tax returns and bookkeeping simpler.
- They want a shop that looks like a shop. A Pro profile shows buyers they are dealing with a business.
All three are covered by the Pro route. None of them need a second personal account.
How to run both accounts in FLUF Connect
FLUF Connect treats each Vinted account as its own store. You can connect your personal account and your Pro account under one FLUF login and keep their listings, rules and orders apart.
1. Set up a Chrome profile for each account
Each Vinted account needs its own Chrome profile with the FLUF Connect extension installed.
- In Chrome, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose Add to create a new profile.
- In the new profile, install the FLUF Connect extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in to your second Vinted account in that profile.
- Open FLUF Connect, go to Channels and add the account from the Vinted card.
An incognito window does not work for this. The extension is not available for Firefox.
2. Choose which account each listing goes to
When you crosslist, each Vinted account appears as its own destination, labelled with the account name. Send business stock to the Pro account and personal items to your wardrobe.
3. Set rules per account
Auto-listing rules can target a specific account. For example, new stock imported from Shopify can go straight to your Pro account and never touch your personal one. Relisting strategies are also set per account.
4. Filter by account
Listings, Orders and Sync History each have a store filter, so you can look at one account’s activity at a time or see everything together. This makes it easy to pull the business account’s sales for your bookkeeping.
5. Keep other marketplaces in step
Many Pro sellers also list the same stock on eBay, Depop or their own website. When an item sells on one marketplace, FLUF Connect removes it from the others, so you do not sell it twice. See inventory sync for how this works across channels, and Vinted crosslisting for the wider setup.
What to avoid
- A second personal account. Vinted does not allow it, whatever the reason.[1]
- A new account after a ban. Vinted bans those too.[1]
- A Pro account that is not a real business. Pro is for registered businesses. If you do not qualify, sell from your one personal account.
If you are unsure whether your situation fits, ask Vinted support before you open anything. Losing an account with sales history costs far more than the wait.
