Your Plans
Crosslisting and active listings are unlimited on every paid plan. Product creation has a separate monthly allowance, explained below. See the page de tarification complète for current prices.
- Démarrage — unlimited crosslisting, AI listing creation and the Intesa assistant
- Pro — adds relisting, offer management, smart pricing and listing boosts (Depop, eBay and Vinted), 1 extra store only, your full sales history, read-only API access, and 1 team login
- Prioritaire — includes 1 team login by default, with additional team access and limits agreed with you, a guaranteed reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and custom development (custom pricing — tap Nous contacter to get in touch)
Each plan includes everything in the one before it. What changes is how often we check your marketplaces for sales, how far back your history goes, and which tools are included. For current prices, see the page de tarification complète.
What happens when I use all my product creations for the month?
Each plan includes a number of product creations a month: 50 on Starter, 250 on Pro, and an agreed amount on Priority. When you have used them, you can carry on with FLUF Connect credits: each extra creation costs 5 credits (about £0.10). You do not need to change plan. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
Credits are the same ones that pay for photo edits. Top up on the Image Editing page avec Acheter des crédits.
Why did relisting stop on my plan?
Relisting, offer management, smart pricing, listing boosts and Xero, QuickBooks and Sage accounting integrations are part of the Pro plan and above. Instagram posting is included on every paid plan. If you were using relisting, offers or smart pricing on Starter, they keep your settings — nothing is deleted — and start running again the moment you move up. In exchange, Starter now has no cap at all on how many listings you keep live.
If you are on a Pro (Legacy) plan, you keep relisting, offer management, smart pricing and listing boosts, and your price is held — you don't need to do anything. These are now called Pro (Legacy).
The older legacy plans include 1 extra store in total, the same as the new Pro plan. This limit started on 26 September 2026 and applies to new stores only: stores you connected before that date keep working, and you can reconnect them if you disconnect them. See Running Multiple Stores for the detail.
How far back you can look
Your dashboard, analytics, orders and listings log — and any CSV you export from them — go back as far as your plan allows:
- Démarrage — last 3 months
- Pro — your full history, with no limit
- Prioritaire — your full history, with no limit
- Pro (Legacy) — your full history, with no limit
Windows beyond your plan appear locked in the timeframe menu rather than quietly returning less data. If your subscription lapses, this drops to the last 7 days until you resubscribe — nothing is deleted, and it all comes back when you do.
Your current plan is marked Current.
Subscribing, Upgrading or Downgrading
Tapez S'abonner, Mettre à niveau ou Downgrade on the plan you want. New subscriptions open a secure checkout window in a new tab. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; the lower plan starts at your next renewal, with nothing extra to pay today.
Already subscribed and moving up a plan? A confirmation box shows exactly what's due today — the full new-plan price — before anything is charged. Paying it starts a brand-new subscription with a fresh billing period on the higher plan; any time left on your old plan ends with it and is not refunded, so the cheapest moment to upgrade is near your renewal date. You confirm and pay on a secure Stripe page.
iPhone / iPad users: Safari can block the checkout pop-up. If nothing happens when you tap the button and you see a "popup blocked" message, tap the address bar's AA icon → Website Settings → allow pop-ups for fluf.io, then try again. On the FLUF mobile app the checkout opens automatically inside the app.
Listing allowances
Paid plans include unlimited crosslisting and active listings. The former referral and bonus listing-capacity allowances are retired. Monthly product-creation allowances and image credits are separate. Daily channel pacing settings and marketplace limits can still apply; see daily crosslisting caps.
Mensuel ou Annuel
Every plan shows its yearly price too. Paying yearly saves you at least 40% par rapport au paiement mensuel.
- Mettre à jour vos informations d'abonnement et l'adresse
- Télécharger les factures passées
- Annuler votre abonnement
Annulation
Ouvrez Facturation et choisissez S'abonner. Enter your feedback, then choose Cancel Subscription and complete cancellation in the billing portal. Report To Dev Team (Keep Sub) opens a message draft and keeps the subscription active.
For an Apple-billed subscription, use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FLUF → Cancel Subscription. Deleting your FLUF account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If Shopify bills you, follow the billing link to Shopify.
To stop a trial renewing, use Cancel trial in the trial panel; Apple trials are cancelled in Apple subscription settings.
Historique des factures
Below your plans, the Historique des factures panel shows:
- Your next payment — the date and the exact amount
- Every payment you have made — date, what it was for, the amount in the currency you were charged in, and a Receipt link that opens the receipt and its PDF
- Équilibre de la promotion et background-removal credits, if you hold any
- Your last 10 Promote ad transactions, if you use Promote
A payment we could not take is marked Unpaid ou Payment failed so you can see it straight away. Tap the panel heading to collapse it.
If you subscribed through Shopify or on an iPhone, your payments are handled by that platform, so the panel points you to your Shopify admin or your Apple subscription settings instead.
Gifting FLUF Connect
You can buy FLUF Connect for a friend, even without an account. In Facturation, tap Envoyer un cadeau, pick a plan and 1, 3 or 12 months, and enter their email. You pay once and it never renews.
The gift starts on their account as soon as you pay. There's no code to enter and they don't need a card.
- New to FLUF? We make their account and email them a link to set a password.
- Already on FLUF with no plan? The plan is active straight away. We remind them a week before it ends.
- Already paying for FLUF? The gift's value is added as credit and comes off their next bills.
Starting Your Trial
New accounts get 7 days of full access for £1 (or the equivalent in your currency). It starts when you crosslist your first item, not when you sign up — so take as long as you like connecting your channels, importing your listings and getting everything ready. None of that spends your trial, and none of it costs anything.
You'll see the offer at the top of the billing page, with a Start button. Setting up an automatic listing rule starts your trial too, because that lists items for you.
What the trial covers
Your trial includes everything in your plan, with no limit on active products — the same unlimited crosslisting every paid plan has. You can start your plan early from Facturation.
Bulk Jobs unlock when your plan starts. Exceptions open during the trial: deleting or marking sold any number of listings you select, and a price list you agree with Intesa pushed to the marketplaces those items are live on.
Everything except crosslisting stays free before you start: creating listings, editing them, letting the AI write your titles and descriptions, and connecting your channels.
What happens after the 7 days
Unless you cancel it, your trial rolls straight into a plan — there's no gap and nothing to click. On day 7 you're charged the rest of that month, which is your plan's monthly price minus the £1 you've already paid. From then on you pay the normal monthly price, on the same date each month.
Choosing your plan
Your trial panel shows the plan you will move onto, what you will be charged and when. You can change the plan before day 7 using the Plan on \
Cancelling your trial
Changed your mind before day 7? On the billing page, use the Cancel trial link in your trial panel. You keep full access for the rest of the days you already paid for — we just won't charge you or move you onto a plan when they run out.
On iPhone
If you subscribe inside the iOS app, Apple runs the trial instead: you get your first week free, then your plan's normal monthly price. You pick your plan when you subscribe, and you can change or cancel it any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Paid but your subscription is not active
Check whether your subscription is attached to another FLUF account before paying again.

I pay yearly and want to move up a plan. What happens? Moving up starts a brand-new yearly subscription on the higher plan at the full yearly price, with a fresh year from the day you pay. Any time left on your current year ends with it and is not refunded, so the cheapest moment to move up is near your renewal date. Moving en a plan starts at your next renewal instead, so you keep everything you have paid for until then.
