FLUF Connect
This guide gets you from a freshly-connected channel to your first crosslisted item — manually or fully automated.
If you haven't connected a marketplace yet, start with Connecting Marketplaces. The rest of this guide assumes at least one channel is connected.
Prerequisite: pick the right data source
El Publicaciones page can show inventory from any of your connected channels. Before you crosslist, narrow the table to a single source so you know exactly what you're listing de.
- Abrir Publicaciones
- Click the filters icon and tick one channel under Data source
- The table now only shows listings pulled from that channel
Our advice: pick the channel where you actually create listings — i.e. the place you reach for first when something needs to go up for sale. That's your master inventory; everything else is a copy of it. Mixing several sources at once duplicates rows and makes it hard to tell what's already crosslisted where.
Two ways to crosslist
There are two routes from the Listings page. Both start from the same table.
1. Manual — Actions button
Best for one-offs and small batches where you want to eyeball each item before it goes live.
- Tick the listings you want to push (the leftmost checkbox column). The header checkbox selects everything on the current page.
- Haz clic en el Acciones button in the top-right (it shows a count of selected items).
- En el Acciones modal, choose Publicar en Grailed and tick the destination channels.
- Hit Publicar en Grailed para enviar.
Los elementos seleccionados se envían directamente a la cola y comienzan a publicarse. Puedes ver el progreso en Registro de Publicaciones.
2. Automático — Regla de autolisted
Lo mejor cuando quieres que FLUF siga cruz-publicando en segundo plano — no es necesario hacer clic para nuevos elementos.
Una regla dice "cualquier producto en fuente debe cruz-publicarse en destinos (cumpliendo condiciones opcionales condiciones)"). Una vez guardada, se ejecuta continuamente, recogiendo elementos conforme aparecen en el canal de origen.
Pasos:
- En Publicaciones, haz clic en Autocruz-listado (arriba a la derecha).
- El Autocruz-listado se abre la página en el Criterios de automatización pestaña.
- Bajo Fuente, selecciona el canal desde donde llegarán las nuevas publicaciones.
- Bajo Destinos, marca cada canal a los que quieres que se cruz-publicen.
- (Opcional) Añade Criterios para acotar los productos a los que se aplica la regla (por ejemplo, solo elementos con un precio superior a cierto límite, solo ciertas categorías). Deja el campo vacío para aplicarlo a todo lo que provenga de la fuente.
- Haga clic en Guarda la automatización.
The rule appears under Current Automations y comienza a funcionar inmediatamente. El crosslist se iniciará de inmediato — Únete a él en Registro de Publicaciones.
Consejo: puedes tener múltiples reglas, una por destino, todas desde la misma fuente. Patrón común: Vinted como fuente → eBay, Depop, Shopify, Whatnot como reglas separadas.
Managing your rules
Every rule under Current Automations has a pause button and a delete button. Pausing stops a rule picking up new items without touching anything you've already listed; deleting removes it for good.
If you have a lot of rules, tick the checkbox on each one — or Select all at the top — and pause, resume or delete the whole selection in one go. Handy when you want to put everything on hold for a few days, or clear out a batch of rules you set up for a shop you no longer sell from.

La mayoría de los vendedores terminan utilizando ambos: una regla que cubre su inventario principal%2C más el botón Acciones para artículos ocasionales que no encajan en la regla.
