Arrange Shipping

Ship your orders directly from FLUF Connect. Compare carrier rates, schedule pickups from your door, and track deliveries — all without leaving your dashboard.

What is integrated shipping?

Instead of visiting individual carrier websites, copying addresses, and comparing prices manually, FLUF Connect brings everything into one place. When you receive an order, you can:

  • Compare live rates from multiple carriers side by side
  • Choose the best option for speed, price, or service
  • Generate a ready-to-print shipping label instantly
  • Schedule a carrier pickup — they come to your door, no queuing at a drop-off point
  • Have the tracking number sent to the marketplace automatically

You don't need your own account with any carrier. We handle everything behind the scenes so you can focus on selling.


Setting up your shipping address

Before you can generate labels, we need to know where you're shipping from.

  1. Go to Settings → Shipping
  2. Enter your full name and address
  3. Add your phone number (some carriers require this)
  4. Click Save

That's it. This address will appear as the "from" address on all your shipping labels.

Tip: Double-check your postcode — an incorrect postcode is the most common reason for rate lookups failing.

How to ship an order

  1. Go to Orders and find the order you want to ship
  2. Click the Ship button on the order
  3. Enter the parcel weight (kg or lb depending on your region)
  4. Enter the parcel dimensions if prompted (cm or inches depending on your region)
  5. FLUF fetches live rates from all available carriers
  6. Compare the options — you'll see the carrier name, service type, estimated delivery time, and price
  7. Select the option you want
  8. Click Generate Label

Your label is created within seconds. The tracking number is saved to the order automatically.


Schedule a pickup — skip the queue

Don't want to trek to a drop-off point? Once you've generated your label, you can have the carrier come to you:

  1. Click Schedule Pickup on the shipment
  2. Choose your preferred pickup date
  3. Select a time window that works for you
  4. Confirm — done

The carrier collects the parcel from your shipping address. No queuing, no detours. This is especially handy if you're shipping multiple orders at once.

Note: Pickup availability varies by carrier and area. If it's not available for your location, the option won't appear.

Available carriers

We work with a range of carriers in each region so you can choose the best fit for each order. UK sellers see options like EVRi, DPD, Royal Mail, Yodel and GlobalPost. US sellers see options like USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.

The carriers available for each order depend on your shipping region, the parcel size, weight, and destination. You'll only see options that can handle your specific shipment.


How pricing works

The rates you see are the actual carrier rates plus a small FLUF service fee. There are no hidden charges — the price shown when you select a carrier is the price you pay.

The service fee varies depending on your plan. Higher plans receive lower service fees as part of their benefits.

You'll always see the full price before confirming, so there are no surprises.


Downloading and printing your label

After generating a label:

  1. Click Download Label on the order
  2. A PDF file is saved to your device
  3. Print the label on A6 paper (standard label size) or A4 paper
  4. Attach the label securely to your parcel

If you don't have a label printer, printing on regular A4 paper and taping it to the parcel works perfectly well.

Tip: Keep the label dry and clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

Automatic marketplace fulfillment

When you generate a label through FLUF, we automatically:

  • Mark the order as shipped on the original marketplace
  • Send the tracking number to the platform
  • Notify the buyer that their order is on its way

You don't need to go back to Depop, eBay, or any other channel to update the order manually. It's all handled for you.


Common questions

No rates showing up?

  • Check that your shipping address is saved correctly in Settings → Shipping
  • Make sure the parcel weight is entered (even a rough estimate)
  • Verify the buyer's delivery address looks complete on the order
  • Some carrier services aren't available for certain destinations — try adjusting the parcel dimensions

Do I need my own carrier account? No. You don't need to sign up with EVRi, DPD, Royal Mail, or any other carrier. FLUF handles this entirely for you.

Can I ship internationally? Yes. When the buyer's address is outside your country, we show international shipping options. The exact carrier mix depends on your region and the destination — you'll see options that can deliver to the buyer's country.

What if I already have my own shipping label? No problem. You can still fulfill orders manually by entering your own tracking number on the order page. FLUF shipping is entirely optional — use it when it's convenient.

Can I use this for Vinted orders? Vinted orders typically use Vinted's own prepaid shipping labels. FLUF shipping is most useful for orders from Depop, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace where you handle shipping yourself.

What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged? Carrier liability and claims are handled directly with the carrier. Your tracking number and shipment details are all available on the order in FLUF, which you can use when filing a claim. How do I get a refund on a label I didn't use? If you generated a label but didn't ship the parcel, contact us and we'll look into voiding the label and issuing a refund where possible.
